“Fitted within a week of enquiry. Engineer arrived on time fitted the boiler in three and a half hours. Protected floor and surfaces and took boots off before going upstairs to radiators. Explained operation. Old boiler parts collected shortly after completion. Over all a good experience.”

“Fitted Bosch combi boiler in my property in Jan 2021.Good quality ,easy to use and very energy efficient. Bought on monthly installments- 0% interest rate. Total price of the boiler including fitting charge is a very competitive price in Britain. ( £2570 I was charged - Two bedroom property ) .I am pleased with the price,quality and the service.No messing about.”

“I don't know if this review should be for boiler plan or Worcester Bosch but since I am being chase for review. I have not replied all this while because I am not happy with my purchase. It's been over 4 months and my boiler keeps losing pressure. I have had to raise pressure more than 10 times since I bought it. Worcester Bosch has sent an engineer but no improvement.”

“Boiler Plan eventually provided a good solution to my boiler replacement and at a competitive cost. It did take 5 days instead of the quoted 1.5 days, involved 4 separate Boiler Plan engineers and took up a lot of my time. After advice from my own gas fitter, they got it right in the end.”

“The initial service was brilliant. The boiler is fine and the person that installed it was efficient and professional however this was in early November and I still don’t have the thermostat despite waiting in on various occasions after being informed that someone was coming to fit it and I have been ignored since 14th December”

“Installation was quick considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Most importantly the installation team was professional, efficient and very tidy with no mess whatsoever. “Excellent service from quote to installation and fitted within a week of go ahead also had slight problem with stat natter a week rang boiler plan on the Monday evening at 9 pm had call back following day and service call was booked for day after we’re stat was replaced with no problems therefore outstanding service and would have no hesitation in recommending boiler plan”
