Friendly, efficient staff. Quick turnaround from having a problem to it being sorted. Engineer polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with service.

Jack did a fantastic neat job. A phone call should fix as 2 main radiators in lounge not working. Well a quick return phone call from Jack on what to do & all fixed. You get what you pay for as had bad plummets before & I got a job well done!!! Thanks to all the team at Gas Call.

I originally had a boiler with boiler plan, worked for 1year and then several repairs until they decided that it was too faulty to fix and that I was unlucky to have such a boiler. It was replaced with another boiler after several complaints..... Now the new boiler has worked for one year and broken down exactly like the first one. A do not use sign was placed on it, was promised a new part and I have not heard from service for over a month. Their usual numbers are nolonger in service and no response to emails. I feel that this company have sold me two faulty boilers and the stress they have put me through over the years.... I am getting paperwork together to sue them this time around. Someone needs to close them down as the boilers they are selling to some of us are possibly unsafe. The first one used to shake violently that the fire service had to disconnect it in the middle of the night. Please stay away from this company if you can.

Boiler Service booked (via Domestic and General) yet engineer failed to turn up on both occasions. On the second occasion, I wasn't even informed! Policy now cancelled. What a waste of money. Avoid.

Boiler installed 6th June Excellent firmest by engineers, very courteous and extremely tidy operatives. Firmest of programmer followed four days later, not to previous specification , only three daily positions. Discussed with Boiler Plan UK reason requiring four. Identified Drayton Controls alternative control giving four daily positions. All technical information sent to Boiler Plan UK awaiting response.

Our Ideal boiler finally packed in and had to be replaced. It is situated at the top of our house, not easy. George (from Swansea) the engineer was first class. The replacement procedure was very smooth, completed efficiently and without fuss. George did this even having to get parts that hadn’t been ordered by the office. An excellent engineer!

Terrible experience. Passed on from EON and we were completely ignored by Boiler Plan. The only time someone reached out to me was one month after they accepted our contract to cancel on us. I’ve spent the last month, calling you weekly and being told to just wait, you are scheduling the installers and you’ll be in touch in a couple of days. This never happened and we finally got a call from you a month later to confirm you were cancelling on us.

The installers put the pipes on the wrong way round, so we had no hot water for five days, but they was pretty quick at sending someone out to fix the problem.

Cannot fault the service I received. From booking the survey to the boiler being installed was very quick and very smooth. The boiler fitting itself was hassle free and done in 2 days. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were very accomodating knowing I was continuing to work from home during the installation. There was an issue with the thermostat receiver being installed (by a 3rd party not boiler plan) but boiler plan sent out their own engineer and fixed it the day after it was reported. there have been no further issues.
