“Nice looking footstool where I can store my remotes, newspaper keys etc., and keep everywhere tidy. Looks good in my living room, came well packed and delivered on time”

“Ordered a space saver metal shed that arrived earlier than the 14 to 28 day estimated delivery time. I was only informed about delivery when the driver knocked on the door. Luckily someone was in but it would have been helpful to be notified prior to delivery.”

“Ordered an item that was listed as in stock only to be informed 3 days later that it had sold out. Although disappointed they did apologise and refund quickly so I can't fault them for that. It wouldn't stop me buying from them again”

“I have been looking for the table and chairs in question for a while (Garden) and everywhere was sold out. I left a message with Garden Street to let me know if they get more in. I have done this with other companies for other items and heard nothing so it was a pleasant surprise to get an email saying they had them in stock. They had a choice of colours and we changed our mind to a grey/black version and we are delighted. It came very quickly and we assembled it quite easily with just a couple of niggles but we a thrilled so far.”

“Ordered a product which was in stock online, when it didn’t turn up after 14 working days (email said 10-14) I spoke to someone and was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in again until February!”

“Am still to receive the goods I ordered and paid for on November 7th have emailed several times and am getting nowhere. Would never buy again from and beginning to think I’ve been scammed out of £210. Terrible.”
