“Poor customer service. I had an issue with the gazebo and two of the extension arms were damaged. I wrote to Garden Street and although i received an acknowledgement stating that they would respond with 72 hours, I have never received a response.”

“Would recommend. Saw an L shaped casual sofa and table at a local garden centre but not in stock. Saw the same set on line at Garden Street available to pre order. Ordered on 15th June and was able to pick up from the Crewe showroom on 24th ! John was really helpful and loaded the car with us, unfortunately we had under estimated the size of the sofa and cushions and couldn't fit it all in, so John fantastically arranged a courier for us. Really pleased with sofa, easy to put together and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend Garden street, helpful staff and great product, would use again. Photo attached - stools are included in the set but not shown.”

“My Parasol arrived damaged and this company simply did nothing....no after sales care, no contact via emails, nothing...and as for trying to call them....give it a go. As for a refund...I have had £0.00p for a useless parasol that cost me £99.99 Shocking.”

“Very pleased with my garden table and chairs, looks good and easy to assemble. Delivery was not within the time specified, but the problem was soon rectified when Garden Street was informed. Would use this company again.”

“Superb service from Garden Street. Having ordered a 3 seater Swing Seat, I realised it would be too big once the patio was built. I asked to change it to a 2 seater. Garden Street were very helpful, changed the order and immediately refunded the difference in price. Better still, when the order was delivered, the driver carried all the bits and pieces up the garden for me, made sure everything was present and correct, then explained exactly how to assemble the swing. He left his phone number, in case I needed any further advice. I cannot overstate how delighted I have been with the product, the service and the personnel.”

“I would love to write a review about the product that I ordered but I cancelled the order because I gave up waiting for the product. I kept being told it would leave the warehouse later in the week. Reading other reviews, I doubt the product that was “in stock” when I placed my order was even in the warehouse or even the country. I ordered a very similar product from a large household name for a tiny bit more money and it arrived the next day! Avoid wasting your time and order elsewhere.”

“Good quality garden furniture, delivered just past the dates given at the time of buying but considering how much stuff is out of stock or not available was relieved the company wasn't trying to make sales on stock they didn't actually have. Fab service, cheers”

“I have been asked to write a review before receiving the product, so here goes. I ordered the Shire 8ft x 8ft summerhouse and was asked to confirm which date I would like it delivered on. The date available was 15th July, and I received confirmation that this was all booked. 2 weeks before the due date, I receive another email saying it has now been booked for 4th August. I didn't request this, I just got an email out of the blue. I asked them why this was when the 15th July was already booked and they said due to a problem and delay with production. So I sweated my backside off getting the base all ready for the 15th July and now it's delayed. I then decided to read other reviews of this Shire company that provides these summerhouses and it is very grim reading. Many many many reviews of the company delaying orders, shipping sub-standard products to people that already had to wait many months. I am dreading receiving my product now as I am worried it will be shoddily made and not fit for purpose. Garden Street should distance themselves from Shire in my opinion as from reading reviews of the company on the net, it is not looking good for me receiving anything other than a pile of wood only fit for the dump, and if I do receive that, then I'll be asking for a full refund. We shall see what happens.”
