Ordered a rattan corner sofa set came quicker than was stated and we are delighted with quality and look. A big thank you to delivery drivers as well very friendly and helpful.

I placed an order for a WILARM - garden dining/armchair. Because their supplier let them down twice by sending broken chairs & requesting me to repack the pieces & wait in for their collection, it took over a month to get my money back & find an alternative chair

A company with very poor and unhelpful customer service . Sold a substandard product and refused to refund . I had to involve PayPal and now trading standards

Rowlinson Plumley 6 seater garden set was delivered promptly. Packed well to avoid damage, and is a good addition to our garden. This hardwood set is good value for the money.

Pleased with length of time for delivery but I have a problem with an incorrect part which is talking far too long for a replacement. Especially as the canopy is part built now at a standstill. Don’t know how or when I will get the replacement. Not a happy.

Ordered a wooden swing seat for the garden. Communication with the sales team was good but had to chase up delivery of the item after the 28 working days had lapsed. However, item delivered quickly after this and all looks good (I just need to assemble it). Delivery company was good.

Similar to previous customers I found that the promised delivery date (1-3 days) bore no relation to when the item was actually delivered (12 days). I purchased based on the promise of a quick 1-3 day delivery. Given other customers have had a similar experience, my guess is that where Garden Street say they have an item in stock, they don't.

Purchased the plum key six piece dining set with cushions. Great price! Best we could find around. Delivery very quick and we then ordered the parasol which again went through quickly. We’re delighted with quality of the product and with service from Garden Street. Only issue was that we didn’t get any timings from the courier company and items were left at side of house, the driver leaving before I’d opened the door. But all well with our new garden furniture which we are sure will stand the test of time.

What is the point of sending me a review when I haven't received the goods, not even a confirmed delivery date which seems now to be the responsibility of the delivery company. They have has my money for some , offered me a refund due to delays, but since I chose to wait the only communications have been to answer me when chasing. I accept there have been issues but not that I am not kept informed.

Unfortunately my experience shopping at Garden Street has been unsatisfactory up until this point due to the following reasons: > Website quoted 7/14 days delivery on in stock item - Customer purchased item and received no response for 2 Days - Then sent code via email to book delivery date - First Delivery date available was over 5 weeks away (not 7-14 days quoted) around the 7th July > No contact available so disappointed as already paid out by this point and so booked a slot on the 7th July then booked a precious days holiday off from work and waited patiently > On Tuesday 6th July ( 5 weeks later) at around 5pm I received a short telephone message telling me that my delivery would not be arriving the following day - No reason given just a blunt comment telling me my delivery would now not happen for a further week and had been moved to the 14th July > Tried to call before 5:30pm and find out the real reason for postponed delivery but conveniently could only get an answer phone as they had left for the day! > Disappointed and frustrated as it was so late in the day I was unable to cancel a precious days holiday as well and was also upset at not receiving my purchase > Sent an email to the supplier (Shire) it rebounded and then a text message to the contact number used to inform me that i would not be receiving my delivery - I have still not recieved a response as I am sat at home wasting a days holiday > Not sure still why my purchased product has been delayed (probably blame Covid) seems to be the convenient excuse but suffice to say did not find the experience so far that professional > Need to try and make arrangements again now for the 14th July Delivery but have no holiday left to take uneccesarily and just hope the Goods arrive to a high standard and with no further issues!

Bought a 6x4 pent shed. Order delivered pretty quickly (compared to times quoted by other sellers). Delivery driver even helped take it to the back garden even though the original advice was that it could only be kerbside delivery.

Garden chair damaged, half the arm was lying loose in the box. Very slow response and when it came they seriously expect me to repair myself. I have given them the opportunity to replace, but they fail to respond, I have requested a full refund and they ignore e-mails and telephone gives you an automated message. Absolutely shocking customer service, they take your money and expect you to be satisfied with badly damaged goods.

Ordered suncast tremont shed late March had to wait a while as pandemic has caused delays in shipping arrived 11 weeks later .Shed so easy to erect and looks great up .Was worth the wait .
