“I ordered the Palram Green 6x4 Polycarbonate Greenhouse. I am very happy with the product - just the right size for my garden. It did take three of us about 6 hours in total to assemble but when finished really pleased with the greenhouse. Some of the instructions/diagrams not very clear such as putting on door handle but we managed to work it out. Looking forward to growing lots of things from seed in my lovely new greenhouse. Delivery took longer than anticipated but affected by Covid19 lockdown.”

“Very disappointed still no date for receiving garden furniture and ordered in April. Keep being told carrier will contact me. Now at the point of issuing a chargeback.”

“The Gazebo is very nice and mostly easy to put together, however, it is very difficult to put the finial on unless you have 10 foot arms.”

“Bad service and can’t get through to company, I bought a wallstore and it arrived in terrible condition. Company were horrendous to deal with, took weeks to come back with poor response. Bought many items from them but they couldn’t care less.”

“I ordered my Wilmington Garden Bench on Wednesday and it arrived this morning 2days later!! The instructions said 2 people were required to assemble it. I’m nearly 70, 5’2 n 8.5 stone. I assembled it with ease in less than an hour. It’s absolutely beautiful! I shall be finishing it with Littlefriars driftwood wood dye to age it more quickly. I’m totally delighted 😀 Thanks sooo much. 🤗🤗🤗”

“They lost my order and there was no update until I chased. Eventually they said the item is out of stock after 3 weeks of ordering. My whole project was put on halt because of them. Waste of 3 weeks time.”

“Ordered 2 garden heaters and promised delivery between 7& 14 working days We are now on the 14th working day and despite at least 3 requests to advise I am no nearer knowing Shambolic and will be arranging a refund”

“Took my money kept it for 3 weeks, then told me they weren’t in stock, took a week to get my money back, so I basically lent Garden Street £400 for a month interest free...won’t be doing it again”

“Bought a shed, was great other than it was missing hinges for the windows, so has two gaping big holes. Have sent 4 emails and had a telephone conversation, but still not got the promised hinges, now day 10. Hoping they arrive before something gets stolen!”

“We had our shed delivered, first they nearly gave the wrong shed. Luckily my husband spotted it was wrong. Then when we assembled the shed, the hinges where missing to our windows. On May the 4th, the office rang and said they would be posted out. I asked the lady if she needed any details, she said “no I have your information”. I still do not have the hinges and after two emails, I had a response if we can not find your order. I currently have a shed with no windows, and have had to put things as we have not got a garage. I am really upset and do not understand how something so simple can not be sorted. In my opinion if you don’t have a problem then you will be fine, if something happens good luck getting it sorted.”

“Purchased a companion seat at a great price compared to other stockists. Delivery was super quick and efficient. Very happy with the product, seems to be good quality and was fairly easy to assemble. Looks lovely in the garden. Overall 5 star experience. Thank you!”
