“I haven't received my order yet and it was ordered over a month ago it was a pre order and stock was expected on the 12th of Feb but I got no update at all.”

“I ordered the Corona table and chairs was very good in the respect that once they replied it was out of stock offered me if I wanted to wait until it was in stock or have a refund Instead. I opted for the refund and they went through with this very quickly. So happy with the services”

“I ordered in February. But didn’t notice the lead time to delivery is 12 weeks. We get so used to quick delivery from businesses, I was surprised. The delivery time was not clear when I made the order. It will be nice to receive the unit in May.”

“Disappointed as it feels like a product with a significant design flaw. The doors would not close due to the design of the door locking mechanism and the doors simply being too large and binding badly. The doors and hinges have no room for regular adjustment. It has taken several hours with an angle grinder to file down nuts and parts of the door itself in order for it to just close and even now the door binds and requires extra force to close securely. It is a real shame as the shed itself looks good and the shelves inside are useful. I cannot recommend this product unless they redesign the door. Avoid this shed.”

“Although the quality of the product was good, the dispatch time and communication about this was poor. I had to email on each occasion to chase when the product would be in stock, receiving an acceptable explanation the first time but nothing when I chased a second time as I heard nothing about the promised second delivery date. More communication prompted by Garden Street would have made the experience more acceptable”

“The lights for my propagator arrived within two days, but not much use without the propagator ordered thee weeks ago. When I Ask they say they will Let me know, then don’t. This is urgent as it is the growing season now.”

“The low-level firepit arrived promptly, and is excellent. It can be used as a low table, or a firepit. It is weatherproof so it can be left permanently outside. Heavy and good quality, with a very attractive and practical design.”

“Delivery received faster than estimated 13-16 weeks. One pane of glass was unfortunately broken, but one call to customer service providing photo and replacement glass was received within two working days. Lovely product but assembly very fiddly, incorrect numbering on some parts and you tube video not really that helpful.”
