Still waiting for goods a month later. They said it’s been delivered but I’ve been at home isolating the whole time. In my account it says awaiting despatch. Clearly they’ve took my money and no goods supplied. They now aren’t answering my emails after I asked for an amicable resolution to this. So next step trading standards! Not happy!!!!

Order placed on 10th May. Then informed item was out of stock after taking money. Now says item despatched on 3rd June. 8 days later and still no product, no trasking no and no repsonse to email sent 4 days ago asking where it is. I appreciate you are busy but your customer serice is non-existent. WEB order no 124790

How can I write a review for a product I am still waiting for? Have been advised there is an issue with the supplier. Emails have been responded to, refund offered, but I’d rather have the item I ordered

I waited nine weeks for my furniture. Never answered emails or returned phone calls. Where quick to take my money and slow to deliver goods.

Bought sofa set with table. Table not delivered due to damage contacted company by E mail 5 times. Recieved delivery what I thought was table but it was only table top no legs or glass. As yet no reply to e mail also asked if management could deal with issue. Hopefully they will read review and deal with issue. Very disappointed.

Horrendous company. Uncontactable , no response to e-mails, won't take phone calls. No goods still 2 months after ordering.

Been waiting almost 2 months for an item they clearly do not have. Cannot phone them, no response to e-mails. Awaiting a refund. Customer service is horrendous. I would not recommend this company.

DONT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY !

Very happy with my companion seat. Delivery was quick and it was easy to put together only needing an Allen key which was provided. Pleased with the price and quality.

Product took longer than the extended delivery period of 16-21 days, which was understandable due to COVID, however when it was delivered we had to stop half way through assembly due to a main piece of the structure being too warped and unusable. We requested a replacement and this arrived a couple of weeks later which caused disappointment overall. Once the product was fully assembled with a coating of wood stain it does look great. It was quite difficult to assemble, and pre-drilled holes would have benefited us, and if not, having them at least marked out would have been really useful; although we understand that this comes down to the manufacturer, not Garden Street.

Shopping online with Garden Street has been great. They have a wide variety of items to chose from and their service has been prompt despite dealing with a global pandemic (covid19). Even though the communication by phone was not available, they responded in good time to queries by email. Will definitely recommend them.

There was a long delay in the arrival of the plants. All arrived however one was damaged and dead but due to COVID19 I was unable to contact them and let them know. I tried through website and heard nothing, which was disappointing. The other plants are great however.

I put an order in with this company on 23rd april to which I still have not received after spending almost a grand (which they happily took) They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails, it’s seems you have to chase constantly to get anywhere.

Garden Street has let me down badly. I ordered a garden set 6 weeks ago and parted with over £1700 only to be told (after I chased on a number of occasions) the set was no longer available. I gave them a chance to rectify their appalling customer service by offering to accept other sets but because they were a little more expensive they said no. Do not use this company, they don’t answer the phones, refuse to call and hide behind the coronavirus. They are very happy to take money upfront but have no interest in customer care. If I could have voted them zero I would have.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY My order turned up damaged - chipped, scratched and faded. I suspected that it was perhaps an ex-display product as it was in such poor condition. I immediately took photos and emailed the customer services team for a refund. I had to chase up for a reply as they initially ignored me. They said they would arrange collection. TWO MONTHS LATER, after multiple emails and phone calls , the couriers turned up - WITHOUT PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS TO ARRANGE A DATE/TIME - on the day of my grandmother's funeral - we had just got back after a stressful land emotional lockdown funeral. TWO weeks later, and I am STILL waiting for my refund. I am fed up and regret ever buying anything from this dodgy company.
