“Only took 4-5 weeks to be delivered. Quickest place we could find on line. Excellent quality. A lot of compliments from passers by for the fence panels.”

“It’s now 1st June and I still have not received a picnic bench I ordered on the 24th April x half the bench arrived after 25 days now still waiting for the promised other half 2 weeks ago x no compensation only a poor apology x I feel they just don’t really care 😔on the website it said delivery is 7-10 working days x so they out right lie to you x each time I speak with someone they tell me it’s on its way x well it must be coming from Tim buck tooooooo Ahhhhhhhh x don’t shop here unless you want disappointment”

“Fence paint arrived really quickly - but haven't finished the fence yet due to weather & work - but I've used Protek wood stain & protect before & have always rated it & love that I can also use this paint for stone & it's eco friendly. Very good customer service from Garden Street & will definitely use again”

“We ordered a summer house from you after you notifying us it was back in stock estimated delivery 14 day. it was shipped out in the 14 days, delivered by a lovely helpful driver who help place my delivery just where i needed it, the product is of high standards and it all fitted together perfect, I have nothing to say negative about my experience with this company and would highly recommend them. “Longest lead times ever. Really disappointed. Waited for months for the item to turn up. In the end, I gave up and went elsewhere. On the positive, the refund came through quickly.”

“Very poor service, item has still not arrived after a month (should have arrived within 2 weeks). Customer services are unhelpful and we're just going round in circles. Part of my order was lost, and the two subsequent replacements that they sent have also been 'lost'. Would not recommend”

“Haven't got my garden seats yet and I'm sure they'll be lovely, but delivery is appalling. Not appeared within there stated time and then still not appeared after chasing, twice. So, they need a different delivery company! They themselves were helpful on the phone. I suspect it's out of their hands.”

“The main reason for ordering via Garden street was the promise of quick delivery. It has only become apparent, after me chasing, that the promised delivery time is totally untrue. Really frustrating and had I known I would have bought elsewhere.”

“We bought a large plastic shed including erection. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. Inadequate communication with us during this period. Eventually we had a date/time for delivery and erection. They were 3 hours late and no phone call or apology. Erection was quick and efficient but it’s been placed crooked on the base and looks nasty. Plastic bag rubbish all over the garden.”
