“ordered a Rowlinson St Tropez canopy. the quality is terrible. when we got in touch (via email as GS phones just don't work) they were initially helpful. I suspect the cost of shipping, and the realisation that all their stock was poor meant they didn't get back in touch. Eventually forced to open a credit card dispute to get them to respond. They still haven't spoken - just shipped us more poor quality parts to replace the broken ones. Shall definitely avoid Rowlinson products and Garden Street for now.”

“Item took long to arrive than advertised, nobody answering the phones, courier didn’t contact me to notify me of delivery date they just turned up, Polycarbonate shed is flimsy even when erected and gets blown around in the wind, you get the impression that it’s a sturdy shed when reading their write up.”

“Ordered & paid for garden furniture, got fone calls at 9in the morning for days saying it was getting delivered , nothing arrived , excuses were there was a label mix up, lies ,when the delivery arrived omg what a mess the chairs were in all bent to bits, even the driver took fotos , but don’t know who is to blame , 24 emails in total and all I got was an offer of £60 off , what a joke , not heard anything now in 4 days to get it uplifted and a refund , wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company ,”

“24 messages to them , orderedgarden furniture many weeks ago , was getting fone calls from delivery company at 9 nearly every morning saying it was getting delivered, but nothing then the delivery came omg what a mess the chairs were in , eventually got email offering £60 off , what a joke it was £550, again still waiting on email & refund , unbelievable,”

“I ordered and paid for a shed on Saturday May 16th. On Tuesday 19th, the Garden Street website said that the ordered item was in stock and available. Wednesday, 20th, I received an email from a third party stating that the item wasn't in stock. I tried to call Garden Street but received an answering machine message that they are not answering calls. I sent an email requesting a refund as the product isn't available. They have neither responded nor called me on the number given when I ordered.”

“To be fair my low score is in reflection to their chosen carrier. I received an email on 14th May stating my good were dispatch and would be with me 16th May, I have checked daily and it’s still sitting with the same status when tracking my delivery with Yodel. My plants will be dead when they arrive at this rate 😡. Goods ordered 2nd May and it’s now 20th and still nothing. I know these are unprecedented times, but really from my date of order to now, it should have been here by now. Not happy at all 😡😡”

“Purchased a storage bin unit for 3 x 240 litre bins a short while ago. Spoke to their customer service prior to placing my order, they were very helpful. It was delivered on time, good quality wood finish, pretty easily assembled. Pleased with the end product and happily recommend Garden Street.”

“Ordered Palram Harmony 6x4 Polycarbonate Greenhouse. Delighted with product which took a little longer to assemble that anticipated. Took 3 people 6 hours but once done delighted with finished product. Garden Street handling of order not very good as very long delays. So would recommend product but not Garden Street.”

“I ordered the Palram Green 6x4 Polycarbonate Greenhouse. I am very happy with the product - just the right size for my garden. It did take three of us about 6 hours in total to assemble but when finished really pleased with the greenhouse. Some of the instructions/diagrams not very clear such as putting on door handle but we managed to work it out. Looking forward to growing lots of things from seed in my lovely new greenhouse. Delivery took longer than anticipated but affected by Covid19 lockdown.”
