delivery was prompt and the companion seat is of a good quality. rather difficult to put together as am on my own and there was a short screw missing but an extra long screw which was difficult as i was giving thie as a gift and therefore could not complete properly also the instructions should advise making sure the chairs are 'square' when putting together if not the holes do not match up then it all needs to be readjusted apart from that very good

I ordered an awning with delivery time quoted as 5-10 days. After that time had passed with no contact from GardenStreet, I contacted them by email and received no response. Several more emails and phone calls later they blamed couriers but were unable to provide tracking info or expected delivery date. After 3 weeks they advised they could no longer supply the goods ordered. I might have been slightly more forgiving if they had processed a refund but I am still waiting and now raised a claim through Paypal. Yes prices are competitive but customer service is very poor if you have a problem. Guessing they don't always hold stock and drop ship from distributors, which catches them out. If you are thinking about placing an order, get confirmation of stock first.

I received an excellent service from Garden Street. My Wentworth garden set arrived 5 weeks earlier than expected. The quality is excellent and accurately described and depicted in the photographs. We are delighted with it. Thank you to all involved.

Ordered on line. The system worked. The partner delivery provider made contact numerous times, (including actually speaking to a person the day before!) to ensure delivery was without a hitch. So if customer service is an on line set up that works end-to-end, it worked very well.

Received 3out of 4 of the parts of the shed I ordered. Very little to no communication to explain if or when I will receive the other part. Have sent several emails with no replies.

Took my money for a bench they didn't have in stock. After weeks of waiting they would not communicate with me so I had to go to PayPal to get my money back. Now they want a review of my purchase🤣🤣🤣

I bought a rowlinson wall store. Rang them to check they had it in stock, they said yes, could take up to 14 days. Fair enough, no problem there. Delivery arrived in 12 days (no warning, big truck rocked up), but great I could build it at the weekend. Weekend came, unpackaged everything to check it’s all there, only to find they’d only delivered 3 of 4 parts (no roof or doors). No one available at the weekend to call. Emailed them, no response, called several times over 3 days, told I’d be called back with an update. Eventually on the 4th day I got an email saying it was on its way and I’d have it for the Easter weekend. I asked for tracking info and heard nothing back. Easter came and went, nothing. Now out of stock on their site. No response to emails, stuck in a queue on the phone. Luckily I used PayPal to buy it so I requested a refund. 3 days later I got a text from the collection company to arrange collection. Very disappointing, lied to about replacement part coming, poor communication, wasted 4 weeks, and if I hadn’t requested the refund through PayPal I would have been stuck with it. If you’re interested, the quality of this wall store isn’t the best. Thin and flimsy, edges damaged (only come in plastic wrap, no edge protectors), poorly nailed together with some exposed and bent nails. Give this wall store and the company a miss.

We placed our order on 23/3/21 with a promise of 7 to 14 working day delivery. After 14 days I emailed the delivery company, DB Freelance Ltd and received a very terse email response saying don’t email them as they are too busy. So I phoned Garden Street on 8th April and spoke to Grace who was very nice and promised to email me back to give me an update. I explained I had received an email asking for feedback but wanted to speak to them first. At this stage the website was still saying my product was in stock and 7 to 14 days delivery. On Friday 16th April I phoned Garden Street back and spoke to Holly who again was lovely and said she would get back to me. As of 25th April, I have heard nothing back from either Garden Street or DB Freelance. Today I received another email asking for feedback so here it is. Unreliable and untrustworthy, terrible communication.

I ordered item on the 20th march was told up to 20 days delivery which was OK due the present situations with covid 19 on the 15th April I called to ask we're my delivery I was told its with supplier I got a email to say delivery from May i asked for a refund which I now have but I would never use this company again I was really let down not getting my item.

Delivery was very poor. I ordered 3 planters. 2 arrived on time but 1 was missing. After 2 phone calls it was delivered but it was broken/

lovely awning, relatively easy to put up. Only issue we had, there were two bolts missing. We contacted the company and they sent some replacements. It just held up the job for a couple of days, which wasn’t a big deal. Glad it’s up in time for summer.

I purchased a wooden bench on March 19 even though I knew it was out of stock and they said it wouldn't come until the end of April. In actual fact it came three weeks later and I am very pleased with the delivery. The box was slightly damaged and the delivery man checked to see if the contents were OK, and they were.
