“ordered 3 x 4ft picnic benches and have so far assembled 2 reasonably easy to do and instructions are ok only thing we felt was that the screws supplied weren't up to the job 4 x longer screws or bolts for the bottom leg rails would make the benches stronger (we've changed them ourselves one cross rail had split on transit (glued and screwed to repair) but the packaging isn't really adequate”

“Ordered a garden arch only half turned up. After several emails still no sign so asked for a refund. Return courier company was very quick however after a week still no sign of a refund so another email sent. I’ve now been fully refunded. I would have given 1 star but the lady I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic hence the extra star.”

“I’d like to be able to review the wall greenhouse I ordered on the 9th April delivery 2 weeks. Once I had paid I was thanked and told that delivery could be up to 25 weeks! It is now 11 weeks and no sign of it.”

“Sadly not impressed with the product purchased or service received. Communication was slow initially re delivery. When product did arrive, it couldn't be assembled due to misaligned holes in the frame. Re-boxed item and contact company. Took them several days to respond, they said unless I could send them photos I would have to pay £30 to return the item for a refund. Explained I'm disabled and depend on family visiting to do such things but they weren't interested. Also explained that the photos wouldn't really help show the problem with the product. Eventually got familly to unbox product again, take photos and rebox. Sent photos. Another week or so before they got back to me to say they would arrange collection. I had then to contact courier and wait in all day (no time slot given) for the item to be collected at 4.30pm. Poor quality, overpriced item and terrible aftersales service. Never again will I purchase from this company. Be warned, don't go there!!”

“I ordered the Willington chair on line,unseen. It arrived very carefully packaged with no mark on the box but when opened one of the arms was broken at the dowels. I rang up, sent photos of the damage and received the replacement arm, again very carefully packaged. I would recommend the firm for its superb customer service and quality of goods.”

“Having waited for nearly 28 days I rang to ask if my swing bench would be delivered in the near future as per expect delivery . The person I spoke to was very good and as promised emailed to say it was ready for dispatch and that the delivery company would contact me to arrange this . This did not happen and it was delivered yesterday 20th may without warning and left on my drive . I was not at home. This is a bit disappointing and luckily I have someone who helped unpack and move to where it was needed Can you please get the delivery people to contact people and take away the large pallet it came on Product does look ok and un damaged”

“Fantastic! Arrived on time with 2 very helpful delivery guys! Great garden furniture. Solid and beautiful colour. Not the cheapest but worth the money. Shame it’s pouring rain and we can’t use it at the moment hence why the plastic still on!”

“I bought a 5x3 meter cabin with side shed from Garden Street, the ordering and delivery was very good and on time and a very helpful delivery driver. Once I started erecting my cabin I realised why it was the cheapest end of the market. The instructions were awful part numbers did not match the instruction details, the bearers that I was sent were the wrong size which made the base shorter than the shed itself (so a trip to B and q to rectify the problem). The pre made part were put together in a very shoddy manner with no attention to detail, I ended up dismantling some of them and remaking them as they just did not work. I was under the impression that the shed was part of the cabin but it was an addition that had different size bearers therefore did not match the height of the shed (Another trip to b and q to rectify) so without correcting the roof would not line up with shed roof. I then started to fit the doors well there w as no change there , they were warped very badly a made and a very poor finish to the front of the cabin. I did email Garden Street a number of times with photos who said they would look into it Still Waiting!! I have now completed the cabin and it does look very nice but this is only due to the fact that I used a great deal of initiative and a number of trips to B and Q. Would I recommend this product to a friend, certainly not I would suggest they pay a little more and get a quality product that was made with more care and with a customer service department that has some interest in their product and customers.”

“What an absolute shambles or a company. Zero accountability for the lack of action on my purchase. I contacted them multiple times (3 times with no response) only to be told, after 3 weeks of waiting, that there was the warehouse had not allocated my order and so i’d have to wait another month until it came back in stock AND THEN yet another 20 days for delivery. Useless!”
