“Ordered a gate, waited until a few days after it was supposed to be delivered before contacting their customer service team. I was told it would be dispatched etc. This was either a complete lie or ignorance, which is very unpleasant either way. Waited for another couple of weeks (from their advice) which they then decided to tell me the manufacturer had a shortage and I won't get this for another month plus. Not upset about the fact that the manufacturer let them down or couldn't fulfil etc, I'm not buying from the manufacturer it is Garden Street. The customer services team lied and made me wait unnecessarily — on a promise of a delivery that never happened. They had already taken money, even though they didn't have the product nor dispatched (think you need to look at your payment process, as unnecessary refunds will be costing you money). The only positive part of the process was the refund, that was straight forward but took five days to appear through to my bank. Wouldn't recommended to anyone at all.”

“What a find only found it as husband went to get car serviced and stumbled on the Store. We both went over I loved it we paid our deposit they didn’t want anymore even though we didn’t need it delivering until July. Delivered on time lifted into our garden. It’s absolutely brilliant quality could recommend enough. Thank you .”

“We bought a Rowlinson Dartmouth Swing Seat from Garden Street (who were offering the best price on this seat). Unfortunately the quality of the Rowlinson kit fell far short of what we were expecting but Garden Street was very helpful in obtaining replacements for the many faulty parts in the kit. We would happily buy again from Garden Street as their customer service was excellent.”

“The bin storage arrived in stupid quick time like three days. Very well packaged and a great delivery company updating me all the time and placed it where i wanted it . You will need some assistance at times when assembling and basic tools which must include a drill. A few more guide holes would have been useful. Easy to follow instructions and good solid quality wood. Very happy with everything,a great company. .”

“Excellent! So happy with our new garden swing seat. Delivery was within 14 days, no problems at all. I didn’t need to contact customer service as everything was in order. The quality of the wood is excellent, fully treated. It was a two person job to assemble, but the installation video was really useful. Would highly recommend Garden Street. Will be ordering from the Company again.”

“Firstly, the price was unbeatable anywhere else for the specific product we wanted. After delivery, we had a missing item and 1 damaged chair. I contacted Garden Street by phone and greeted by a lovely lady who requested photos of the damaged chair to get it rectified. I emailed the details and within 3 days was informed that a replacement would be on its way. The missing item came promptly and the replacement chair followed soon after. Excellent customer service, really happy with the quality product. Would definitely recommend to others.”
