Tom at Garden Street 10/10 Excellent. I am still waiting for my situation to be resolved following the fact that the order was sent out early despite specifically having requested it not to be. Only 1/2 the order has arrived, goodness knows where the rest is and when that will be delivered. I do hope I might find out what is happening in the coming week.

Mum and Dad are really pleased with the bench we bought them for their Golden Wedding! Really easy to fit together and really comfy to sit on. It did take a while to come back in to stock (production was suspended due to Covid) but once we ordered it arrived really quickly. It’s just what we were looking for, the perfect spot for lunch or morning coffee!

Ordered an item over a month ago to find out last week that the item had actually been misplaced and was now out of stock until the end of this month. Still selling on the website although I know to 7 to 14 days delivery isn't possible as they're out of stock. Service could be managed much better if your site was up to date and you kept in contact with customers to update them on their order, unfortunately I had to chase to find out the above. On a plus note I was offered a refund and it was processed quickly.

We purchased the Rowlinson Kashmir Arbour from Garden Street which was delivered very quickly. It was fairly straight forward to put together and now takes pride of place on our patio. The quality of the item is very good and up to date, we've had no issues (Just need a bit more sunshine!)

Ordered a garden planter . We had two already but wanted a third and Garden Street was the best buy. Other sights added ridiculous delivery price to the cost. Will consider Garden Street again if we need anything.

A total disaster. Twice postponed the delivery date for lack of stock. Incomprehensible messages not indicating when delivery would be possible. finally I cancelled the order as offered by them. Then they delivered the item and refused to refund. By this time I had ordered the same door canopy from another supplier so now I have two.

Really pleased with Garden Street. Benches were delivered quickly and were so easy to assemble. I purchased these for the grounds where I live and will be back to buy two more next year.

Order wasn’t picked up as out of stock but when ordered website said in stock. Registered for online access but then could never login. Tried numerous password resets but couple of days before received email!! Still waiting for order......

We were delighted both with the ease of ordering via the website and the speed of delivery. We had expected a long delay on delivery following covid-19 but the fencing arrived after only 10 days - earlier than the three weeks quoted. We would certainly use the company again.

Ordered a shed and was told of a 4 week lead time. Was given a date of the 28th August. Shed arrived on the 26th August out the blue, no pre-warning. Also ordered a rain cover for my garden furniture, this was also dispatched on the same day as my shed but did not arrive. Contacted garden street via email as no calls were being taken, and was told that it had been dispatched and Fedex was supposed to of delivered the item which it never. Emails were exchanged but no rain cover turned up. A week later I finally got through on the phone and was told that They would send out another rain cover as Fedex we’re saying they had tried to deliver the item, which was lie. Hopefully it will turn up in the next few days. It seems to me that garden street need to get their deliveries in order although when I contacted them via phone they were very apologetic about the delay and hopefully they have sorted it.

Very pleased with product. Fairly straight forward to put together if you're used to flat pack furniture as instructions were basic. Was delivered fairly quickly although we weren't notified of delivery date so lucky we were at home.

Item arrived within two working days, which was great. What is not so great is the lack of communication and order status updates. The item (a barbecue cover) arrived without any warning at all, but the order status still shows 'Processing Order - We are processing the details of your order.' I chased via email (rather than phone, as they requested) and via online form, but no response nor acknowledgement. Like many companies hiding behind Covid-19 (sorry, but they've all had six months to make adjustments), customer service is lacking at Garden Street and it does make me wary about ordering again. It's not rocket science to get right, really. The item itself is great and arrived fairly well-packaged.

Worst customer service i've encountered in a long time. Making allowances for covid, it is excessive to wait three or four days for email responses. They won't give a number to call where spmebody actually answers. All your calls go to answerphone, then they might (if you are lucky) call you back from a witheld number. In my case, it took several weeks to get a quote on a custom gate. When i got the quote, i paid and was promised 14-28 days delivery. After 20 days they contacted me (by email of course!) and asked for another £20 as they had 'misquoted me'. I suggested they should meet me half way as it was their issue not mine and asked for a guaranteed delivery date. I was refused the £10 contribution to their error and told it would be 14-28 days "from now"....after having waited three weeks to complete the order due to their poor contact and a further three weeks for them to try to extract a further $30 from me. Sheisters......with shocking poor appreciation for customer service. You have been warned!

The bin store we purchased arrived in a dreadful state with numerous pieces broken. Have e-mailed informing of damage including photographs twice now and 3 weeks later still no reply. Pathetic customer service.
