Order placed in March, when I inquired as to when it might be delivered I was told that I had been missed off the allocation and may receive the order by Mid May. Poor stock Management and poor customer communication.

Disappointing regarding keeping me up to date and I am still waiting and struggling for an actual delivery date. We do have some other items to order once we receive the current one but unlikely we will re-order from yourselves

Thrilled to bits with my purchase. I was struggling online to find some short wellies as a gift. The size I was after were all sold out but then I came across Garden Street and found the perfect ones. My daughter says she loves the design and they have been comfortable from the very first wearing. A very happy customer.

I rang and checked the availability of the product I wanted to purchase and was assured it was in stock (as suggested online). I placed the order which had a 14 working day fulfillment. I had to chase several times to find out what was happening with the order - each time I was promised that they would find out and get back to me but they never did. I eventually found out that the item was never in stock (after they had sat on my money for a month). I did get a refund but overall less than impressed with the service. Beggars belief that modern online retailers cannot have a decent stock control system. The result is that I am now trying to buy garden furniture even later in the season which is almost impossible. Would not recommend Garden Street.

I ordered the twin chairs with table between, the quality of the materials were of a good quality but the finished product was substandard, a chunk missing out of the table, a huge split down one side of one of the chairs, and the back of one chair looked like it had been put together with either nails or screws that had been screwed right down into the wood. Even though they offered replacements or refund I heard no more. Ignoring my repeated emails and even on the phone promising to call back as my messages were marked as priority, still no reply! Full refund now requested!

Estimated delivery time for my item was, according to the web site, 5 - 10 working days. After 2 phone calls and 3 emails to chase, my chairs were delivered today, over a month after I ordered them. No contact at all from the delivery service; when I got home from work I found the chairs were left on the pavement outside my neighbours house. Overall, not a great experience.

Initially it was agreed to deliver within a few days but this turned out to be a month but I acknowledge this was because good weather prompted a greater number of purchases and delivery times caught up with them! Website now states up to 28 days so they have taken that on board. My purchase is superb. Strong, good-looking and I love the light colour although it can be easily stained. A donation to my church garden area and they are absolutely delighted with it. I like the flexibility of being able to separate the two chairs but, as a single item, it is impressive.

Arbour good quality for cost but the seat needed another baton to strengthen the middle section. Seats two but dips even under one person at 7 to 8 stone in weight. Obviously wouldn't take the weight of one heavy person and would likely collapse under two! Allow two hours to erect and make sure you read the instructions supplied thoroughly.

Delivery date, no where near as stated for the item that actually arrived 4 weeks late. The other item that said 2 months in the website was nt available as you had already sold all of that batch. Terrible communication. Product was as described and in good condition, but that's nothing to do with you. Will never be using you again and will be taking my £1,000 to buy garden furniture elsewhere.

Disappointed, I expected better. I ordered my item on 25/03 then heard nothing until enquired as to what was happening on 10/04. I was told there was a delay and it would be delivered in June!! Then it turns up out of the blue at the end of April, again no word. Upon assembly, I noticed water and impact damage on at least one of the pieces and other components don’t line up correctly. For the price I paid, the delivery delay, the lack of communication, the poor quality and damaged pieces, I can only say it has not been worth it.

My father ordered me a gold frame for my birthday. Due to Covid I only received my gift months later. The quality was TERRIBLE. Difficult to assemble, the pieces didn’t line up, the wood has split on places and there is a gaping gap in the lid. Not to mention the protective sticky plastic won’t fully come off the Perspex cover. I reported this to Garden Street who threw the 30 day returns policy at me and offered no further conversation. In normal circumstances I’d understand, however we’ve had a challenging and difficult year with most companies using Covid as an excuse to provide substandard service. My advice? Buy another product from another company.
