“the wood is very good,the greenhouse and shed came as two separate buildings,so have one side left,luckily l had a very good builder and has combined the two.l am very happy with what he has done.Still trying to fathom why it should come as two buildings.”

“Quality item, ordered 8 x 8ft but it turned up 7ft 4in x 7ft in. That should be put in description I would of ordered next size. Delivery good only one man .”

“My delivery was cancelled at 4pm the day before I had taken a day off work organised a tradesman to install my summerhouse and wanted it for a birthday celebration at the weekend all I got was sorry !”

“One of the panels arrived badly damaged, which we did not discover until after the delivery driver had departed (was curbside delivery and at the bottom of the pile). I have co tacted customer services for a replacement but not even an answer! I included photographs and received a response from the delivery company, who advised I needed to contact Garden Street, but have had no response to my requests! Very disappointing.”

“When ordered I was informed delivery would be up to two weeks which was fine. The furniture arrived after 4days, we where very pleased both with the easy to use website and the very prompt delivery, could not ask for a better service. Pleased with the quality of the furniture.”

“I ordered my outdoor Costa from Garden Street as the league time was only two weeks according to the website. I was informed that there would be a slight delay and then heard no more. After chasing again, I was told there would be further delays due to large numbers of orders. Despite trying to get someone to give me an idea of tome frame on the delay to either days or weeks, I still cannot get an exact answer despite asking twice. In the meantime I have received several emails asking me to rate me order. Funnily enough, as I still have not received my order 6 weeks after order, the review is not good. I cannot believe that I have been repeatedly asked to rate something I have not received.”

“Absolutely love my Shire Hampton 8ft x 8 ft summer house. Arrived on time and could even track the delivery on route. Off loaded with care and even removed the packaging. I built this with the help of my two adult sons, very clear instructions. If I could find a fault it would be pre drilled pilot holes would have been an advantage. Very happy with this addition to my garden and I would highly recommend this company.”

“Marcia summerhouse looked ok when delivered but trying to build nightmare nothing fitted had to cut & shave bits to get to fit , pieces of wood missing instruction useless. Saved hard for this very disappointed”
