“Overall pleased with my purchase. My only recommendation would be that I was notified which day to expect delivery. I was fortunate that someone was home to accept delivery.”

“bought a garden parasol. package delivered damaged on opening found top finial missing . contacted GARDEN STREET.3 times to arrange replacement.finally got result &goods arrived. all ok now thank you. case of difficult times just now. regards P Stacy.”

“There needs to be an option for no stars. Abysmal - ordered on July 7th - nothing arrived. Customer service said they would redeliver - nothing arrived. Customer service ignoring emails for over a week now. Phoned and you cannot leave a message even though it says you can. Still waiting...”

“Happy with item and Garden Street. Could not say the same about the courier service. They were to call me when delivery was due and they left my parcel down the side of the house exposed to everyone. I do not pay nearly 300 pound for an item yo be left at the side of the house!!”

“Ordered on the 21st July, still waiting on the 26th August for my delivery, no contact from the company only to write this review. Still don't know what's going on was told my delivery would be within 21 days!!!”

“Where I appreciate the problems around the current pandemic, I feel I was treated poorly during my transactions. I received generic email after generic email and struggled to find out what was going on with my order. I eventually received the non-faulty replacements but it all took far too long. I will not be using Garden Street again.”

“I ordered and paid in full for this item on 30 June. It has not yet been delivered (as of 24 August) and no communication has been made regarding likely delivery date. If there are supply issues, then It would be most appropriate to be clear and realistic about this to the buyer on the website (so the customer can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not).”
