“Very happy with the workshop we had built in the New Year. We knew exactly what we wanted so it was easy to design. There was a delay to the start but the team completed it in the time frame and did a fantastic job.”

“Our Garden room was installed just before Christmas 2024. Although there were a few delays with the build, we are really pleased overall. The finished room is exactly as we imagined it and its really easy to heat so using it in the colder weather has been much better than working in our house. We would recommend Garden Spaces if you are looking for a modern and efficient garden room.”

“Garden Spaces creted and built our garden studio last year, the expereince was fantastic and the team were on it at all times. We got in contact with them 3-4 months earlier which meant the did it in the dates that really suited our calendar. The design and sales team had very good communication, working with Robert and Karl was clear and straight forward. The building team were respectful and hardworking, we felt that they were very approachable and happy to share updates or tweak minor details as they came along. It has been six months now and we cannot remember or imagine what we had before! Thanks you very much.”

“We are very happy with the games room Garden Spaces built for us in late 2024. We first spoke to them in the Spring, when we had a vague idea of size and spec but not the details. Robert worked with us over a few months to help us narrow down the details and try out different designs, especially around the windows and doors, answering lots of questions and preparing six drafts of the design and quote. We took a while to find an third party contractor to prepare the site, during which time Robert was very patient and helpful, but once we were ready to go, the build was impressively fast; just 2.5 weeks for Sergio and his team to build a 4.5m x 5.5m room, with a green roof, and some complex last-minute wiring for a home cinema. The final build is lovely - it looks great, hit the spec, was delivered absolutely finished to a great standard, and has already changed the whole way we use our garden. We're also impressed with how cozy the small electric heater makes the space - a real treat given the build was finished just defore Christmas! Would definitely recommend Garden Spaces to anyone - it was a professional and reassuring experience from beginning to end.”

“We are very happy with our garden office. Spaces was able to help us build a non-standard building shape to slot into the triangular corner of our garden. They communicated well and completed the job on time. The quality of build is very high. We also appreciated their proactivity. I received several calls from their designer suggesting changes pre construction. We implemented all of their suggestions, most of which we wouldn’t have thought of until after the build was done.”

“We started our project back in August 2023, I had been in contact with Robert who was very supportive and patient with what we were trying to achieve. The intended purpose was to have my mother-in-law live at the end of our garden and the initial approach was to build a dwelling via full planning permission, which fell through and got rejected, we re-visited our communication with Robert in early February 2024 and between the 3 of us (Robert, Myself and Mother in law) we managed to get to a good position to submit an application for the caravan act. and to my surprise it had got approved! Sadly though due to private issues we were not able to go ahead with the build, however I would highly recommend Annex Spaces if you are looking for a no pressure, supportive and knowledgeable team of individuals who carefully guide you through the design phase and are very flexible in what you want to achieve and where you can potentially save costs. Will definitely be recommended Annex Spaces to any friends and family members.”

“We hired Garden Spaces to design and build a garden room for us in Sept 2023. The initial planning / survey stage was done by Paul who demonstrated a very strong attention to detail. He came up with a design that maximised the usage of the space, and came up with an L shaped design so that we could have a storage area as well as a garden room. We were able to customise many parts of the process and appreciated expert advice. The build stage was somewhat beset with problems. Firstly we were hit with an unexpectedly large bill for bay suspension for the skip. GS booked a skip for the whole job when I would have thought it was only needed for the early dig out, and they were as shocked as I was by the charges our local council added for bay suspension. This was resolved by Roger at GS who generously agreed to share the excess cost. Secondly, the initial build team decided to quit with the building about 70% finished. Carl, the foreman on the job at Garden Spaces did his best to find another builder - Frank - to finish things, which he had to do whilst working on another job. This was frustrating at the time but we got there in the end albeit a few weeks late. Frank worked hard with a very strong pride in his work. Despite these wrinkles, the main thing is we now have a wonderful garden building, with a very high build quality, that looks excellent inside and out. It has completely transformed our garden and our house. We would very much recommend Garden Spaces!”

“I am delighted with the finished product - a 2 bedroom annex with living room / kitchen and bathroom. It was a larger project than I had anticipated which took longer than I had anticipated; but the workmanship was to a high standard and any problems were resolved promptly. The company were always on hand to advise and support. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Garden Spaces built a Music Room for us at the top of the garden, we opted for the platinum soundproofing option which has worked out well with great acoustics for both playing and recording. The quality of the work is very good, the admin team answers any queries very quickly and the whole operation is very professional.
