“Quick response to arrange delivery. Contacted again to confirm arrival of delivery and patio slabs left on drive where I had requested. Early days in the life of a patio but really pleased with the slabs so far.”

“i bought a garden pond from garden site a few weeks ago and also a UV light at an extra cost of 60 GBP and it has never worked we contacted garden site and spoke to one of your colleagues and all she said when asked for advice and she sent me a manual which I already had and did not tell you very much about UV light does it actually light up when working or not. my phone number is 01303488456 any advice would be helpful before returning the item to the garden site”

“they did not have trimmer wire for the strimmer they sell and told me to buy streamer wire for another model and re-wire the existing spool. as opposed to order in the right one!”

“I bought a Metal Flying Duck .. it arrived before the estimated delivery date and was very well packaged. We're really pleased with our purchase, it's extremely well made and looks brilliant sitting on the side of our pond. Quick, easy ordering and knowledgeable staff .. will definitely use GardenSite again.”

“Delighted with speedy delivery (item came next day, eventhough standard delivery was selected) and that because, the pond pump we ordered was no longer available, we were sent the newer (better) model at no extra cost! Will definitely use Gardensite again”

“Great service and delivery and we're really pleased with our new pond. My husband has used all his creativity though the pond is not yet totally finished. The light and fountain can be controlled via our phones. Plants are just temporary to give an idea of space but we will plant more suitable ones. It's a unique feature!”

“I ordered a statue (Sophia). Very pleased with quality of item, and delivery team crated the item thoroughly to ensure no damage. Delivery was delayed for some reason, however the response from the ladies in the office was polite and efficient and I was kept informed of situation. This is my second purchase and would use firm again.”
