“The product is very noisy and difficult to keep quiet. The vibrations from the pump up the cable then resonate on the plastic body and create enough noise to drown out the sound of the water. A grommit would have dealt with this. Any claim that it raises humidity is dubious as an increase of two percent is not significant.”

“I like the ethos of gardening naturally I've bought multiple nematodes over the years mainly vine wevil. Just trying the flea Beatle and ant nematodes. So far the ants are loving it! Lol may need too treat again as no effect.”

“I was pleased with the wind protection and it does the job but dispaointed that I had to throw away the first metre due to a huge sticker advertising Gardening Naturally. This made the first metre unusable, but as I had bought 10m I was able to cope.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. It appears that this product was for the Slug nematodes with an expiry of 9th October, we dispatched these on the 7th October and from the tracking, it appears that this was delivered on 8th October. We will occasionally sell products close to their expiry as these are fine to use until they are expired and we send these on a Tracked 24 service with Royal Mail to ensure that the fastest delivery can be achieved. “I returned the netting the following day as agreed with customer service %3 rd of this week. It was not a free return and I would expect to be refunded when you receive the package M Harvey”

“Used Nematodes before and they do seem to work….polyurethane applicator attachment was a waste so stick with using a watering can”

“Usually slug nematodes work great but the last lot have had no impact at all. I bought ant nematodes too as I have discovered an ant problem. I bought enough for 17 nests but no effect so I bought another pack a week ago & im awaiting some result. I have a tiny garden so I have bought double the amount I should ever need. I’m not sure if this company are storing them correctly as they have worked great for 8 years untill now.”

Hi, I am very sorry to hear this. All of the nematodes we supply are kept refridgerated and regularly checked to ensure that they meet the quality standards that we would expect. All batches of nematodes are quality tested after each batch to ensure they are working correctly and orders of only nematodes to standard UK postcodes are dispatched on a Tracked 24 with Royal Mail, so that delivery is with you as soon as possible. “My order didnt arrive when expected. When I chased it up I was told that the item was delayed from the supplier. However, nobody even bothered to tell me it was delayed. Eventually ended up getting it 4 days later than expected and only then after having chased it up.”

Hi, Apologies for the slight delay with the order. We do on the odd occasion have a delay from our supplier on nematodes due to them being a live product and having weekly deliveries. You should however had been contacted due to the delay so I'm sorry this didn't happen. Kind regards

“Ordering was easy. However, I didn't get an email to say they had sent the item. As such Royal Mail did deliver within the 3 business days but I was out and they hid it behind some pots on the garden. I contacted you about late delivery only to be told it had been delivered 2 days ago and the picture of delivery position was shown. You need to make sure that you send a delivery/dispatch notification to save any unnecessary bad publicity.”

“Ordered the square hoop kit with 30g fleece but several of the clips flew off and were lost when it got a little breesey as they dont fit very well. I need to order more after just a week of use. One or two also ripped the fleece. Perhpas the Thermacrop fleece will be better.”

“Great products and prompt delivery. The only downside for me is the packaging. It isn’t all it could be. Especially the amount of non-biodegradable tape that needs to be removed before I can recycle the bags and boxes.”

Many thanks for your feedback. As a company we are always looking for ways we can improve the packaging and reducing plastics whilst ensuring that all products are delivered in perfect condition. Unfortunately the mix of products purchased meant we couldn't've use our normal sugar cane biodegradable bags. However we will investigate paper tapes going forward and have fed your comments back to our packers so they minimise the use the plastic tapes. Thanks again for your comments.

Thank you for your feedback. As a company, we are always trying to reduce any packaging which is non-biodegradable and hard for the customer to recycle. Typically the strulch is shipped in a bag which is made from sugar cane and can be recycled. However, since there were poles on the order they would easily rip the bag. In this case, we would have to use a box however the amount of tape used was excessive in this case.

“No problem with the products but what was supposed to be a 1 to 2 day delivery took 7 days and as it was for nematodes and should be kept in the fridge I am a little disappointed.”

“I purchased some slug nematodes. They arrived in a celaphane envolope, inside a normal envelope. No box or instructions. I've had to reasurch how to use them! Not sure how effective they are as I've only just used it”
