“Probably due to covid, delivery took a week, which was a bit too long. I needed my netting to cover allotment produce and the delay cost me some planting time. Other than that, the service is very good.”

“Vegetable cage is great although it arrived with the wrong instructions. This was very promptly rectified by email. Easy to assemble. Happy that it’s keeping the pigeons off my cabbages.”

“Arrived very quickly with full instructions. I decided on buildaballs for ease of assembly /disassembly however the uprights kept falling out as the 16mm hole was too large. There are no plugs at the bottom of the vertical tubes which means that soil gets inside.”

“I have purchased these nets from Gardening Naturally before and know they are excellent quality. I purchase from several gardening related sites and many are struggling to maintain their service and delivery times but Gardening Naturally delighted me again with delivery times. The only issue I could have with them is that they charge for delivery. I personally prefer a delivery included price and I know that many of my friends have the same preference, to the point of not ordering from sites that charge delivery. As illogical as this may be, it is something that GN should thing about.”

“I can only give 4 stars because lack of assembly instructions with the seed tray stand made it slightly difficult to assemble. The product itself is very good and reasonably priced just a shame that more info wasn't provided. Just a picture of the assembled product would help in fact that is how I worked out what went where by downloading a picture from their website. I was kept informed throughout the purchase process.”
