“Its probably a little less than 4 stars, but TIM, by his friendly and efficient customer service skills, makes him the good guy in this. Even now, a couple of days later, I still cannot believe that you would send out as part of the fruit cage package, such completely wrong size netting without communicating with the customer to reach an amicable solution before dispatch. To send out 24 metre x 4 metre instead of 24 metre x 2 metre is just so wrong, both from your costs and the ridiculous inconvenience of trying to fit netting twice the size of required. Thank you Tim for sending (NOT RECIEVED YET), correct size black to replace wrong size green. I'm sure I will be happy in a few days time. Leslie Porter.”

“Order arrived after only two days with notification of arrival time. and was well packaged. Aluminium hoops and green bird netting exactly as ordered. Very light to handle. Tie will tell if they keep the pigeons of the gooseberries. This was my second order from gardening -naturally”

“The 'crop cover netting and fleece clips' are flimsy, cheap, brittle plastic. Wouldn't last long in the strong cold winds where I live. £3.40 for 10 is far too much; I could get better from the local pound shop! Too much hassle to send back... by the time I have paid return postage, travelled and queued to post office etc. Rest of order was OK though.”
