“Arrived on time. Great stuff although feels a wee bit thinner than last time I ordered. When putting over wood stilts (gently) seemed to fray a bit, lighter parcel too even when I ordered twice as big as last time. All in all amazing stuff.”

“My order arrived promptly and I like the hoops, netting and clips that I purchased and they were easy to set up. Quality seems to be good, time will tell how they wear. (Only a minor issue, but it was a little annoying that when I tried to order enough things to get free postage I ended up still getting a charge due to location (Highlands), so I ended up removing some items from my shopping basket to keep costs down. I'd rather have more things than pay expensive delivery charges.)”

“Always delivered on time and as ordered. This time I ordered slug nematodes which are, as ever, in good condition and with accurate instructions. The insect mesh I ordered by the meter and it is good quality however, the ends where it has been cut from a roll are not sealed and hence the net begins to unravel. Overall though very satisfied with the service.”

“The website didn't show there was no stock of the item. Other suppliers did, which gave the chance to look elsewhere. The slugs/snails had decimated all plants by the time it was available. However, when queried the company was very apologetic and offered a refund immediatly. Also, instead of two packages ordered, only one has been dispatched, but again they apologised and sent the missing item first class. Mistakes happen, and I would place my order again with this company.”
