“Following the recent storm, my garden suffered several mishaps. As a subsequence, I ordered a copy of the 2022 Mail Order Catalogue for replacements hoping my insurers will accept my claim. I am happy to say that a very comprehensive catalogue arrived after a few days following my email and I am presently reviewing the situation.”

“Order processed and delivered quickly. Remains to be seen how it performs in practice. The only negative was the packaging. We ordered multiple components for self-build tunnels. Everything was packed in one big box, some of the smaller components (build balls and spikes) were either in unsealed bags or just loose. The cardboard box was damaged in transit so it was only by good luck that all the smaller items were still in the box on arrival.”
