“Ordered a small fruit cage from their excellent web site. Processing and info. regarding despatch were informative and delivery time very good. A problem regarding absence of some clips needed was resolved quickly.”

“Good, prompt delivery with time slots. The self build fruit cage was difficult to estimate parts needed. Maybe send measurements and the kit can be suggested.”

“I ordered a walk in fruit/veg cage, which arrived within 5 days and looks excellent, but have yet to erect it. Sadly the box was damaged and a small part of the order was missing. However, a quick phone call resulted in the missing clips being delivered by post within 2 days of the call, so am now ready to start putting it up.”

“Unfortunately only two out of the four items I wanted were in stock, although I do understand times are difficult for some supplies. Otherwise would have given five stars. Apart from that I find GN have very good products and quick delivery.”

“Good and accurate description of item. Arrived when due, no problem. Entertaining to assemble the rotating compost bin but manageable! Cannot comment on the usefulness as not had it long enough to use!”

“I bought a DIY veg frame, it was very reasonably priced as compared to other kits and ready made builds. The frame came very quickly and overall I’m mostly pleased with the quality, however the black plastic joiners didn’t not fit most of the poles snugly, so I had to duct tape most of the joins together. This didn’t take long but of course I expected the kit to fit together well and securely. The netting is really good quality. Overall I would recommend this but it’s not that secure.”

“Have used GN a couple of times and on all occasions the products arrived on time and as described. Not the cheapest but very good value all the same. A decent tracking system would mean I could give 5 stars!”
