Netting dimensions were scant, order more than you think you need, also wasted a lot because it had to have large overlaps to cover manufacturing defects

The frame and netting was delivered to the wrong location due to the incorrect address on the labels. The delay this caused allowed four rows of 80 superb brassica plants to be stripped completely by birds. I was gutted

Only reviewing as request to review has come before the goods have. Delivery advised as 4-7 days at time of shipment advice which was 8 days ago. Not much more to add except pls ensure goods have arrived before you request review. Richard Pearce

I'm disappointed with the Flexible Green Hoop Tunnel Kit I have received mainly because the polythene is very thin and their clips are so tight and so difficult to get in and out that they are making holes on the polythene straight away. So basically I'm left with no option than removing the entire thing (4 hoops and cover) in one go because if I need to put the plastic tunnel on and off I'll be left with nothing soon. Very disappointed!

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear this. The polythene is one of those covers where it can be damaged by the clips if moved on and off. Would you like us to send you an alternative cover if you aren't happy with the polythene? Alternatively we can send you some of our crop cover clips and steel pegs which will allow you to secure the polythene cover to the ground without causing damage to the polythene. We would be happy to send you a new polythene cover as well should you like us to. Kind regards

I needed more clips for my carrot netting, the reason being they’re not well-designed and my existing ones had pinged off in the wind and been lost or chewed by the mower. £2.60 for another 20 seemed reasonable but the P&P at £4.98 was ridiculous for something which could be posted through my letterbox. I like a lot of Gardening Naturally’s products but this has put me off somewhat.

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear this. We are actually in the process of changing the clips on our carrot fence kits because they can on occasions come off in the wind. We are also in the process of amending our shipping costs so for smaller items like these we will charge a lower shipping cost. We will be more than happy to send some replacement clips out free of charge if you give us a call or drop us an e-mail with your full name and address. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards

Products all fine and no complaints on that front. I needed them before I went away and ordered in plenty of time. DHL were utterly abysmal took our parcel back to the office three days on the trot, put back on last each time! Received eventually a week after placing the order. When I was away on Holiday.

Package arrived burst / taped and re-taped. Agent wanted to send back but needed it, so kept it as did not want to wait for replacement as would not know when it would come.

I'm sorry to hear you item was received damaged. if you give us a call we can arrange either a replacement or partial refund for the item.

Delivery charge was almost twice the actual cost of postage. The box arrived smashed and the contents loose in the soft envelope used to post. Disappointing as it’s to go with a present.

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the cost of postage for this item. We charge a set amount across our products not a different postage charge per item. The postage cost is higher than what we charged to the end user so apologies if you feel this was too high.

Ordered fleece for my greenhouse. Came in two sections - far too unwieldy to manage even in my 6x4ft greenhouse. Better to have it in sections (lengths) which can be overlapped with retaining clips. Ah, the retaining clips that come with the package. They slot into glazing bar channels and, when twisted, are supposed to lock into place. I assume the channels in my B&Q greenhouse are pretty standard, but these clips remained loose, even when twisted. So as I was putting up the fleece, they kept falling out. Be interesting to see if they remain in place when greenhouse is rattled by high wind. With more time, I would have started again, securing the clips with a bit of Plasticene or superglue. As it is, I ended up with a bit of a Heath Robinson affair, using Gaffer tape, a staple gun and some miniature clothes pegs to keep it all intact.

The goods are as expected but delivery did not arrive at the time notified. After complaining goods still missed the new time slot and arrived without notice later that day.

I ordered long-life garden Nematodes for Vine Weevil. They were dispatched on the 17th July and as they were long-life and as it was 30 degrees outside I didn't look at them for several days, by which time their expiry date of 24th July had passed by four days. I felt that an opportunity had been taken to off-load short date stock at full price and am unimpressed with that. Unlikely to order here again.

2-metre width of netting (20m) is adequate, but the 6 metres of 3-metre width is poor as it was cut from a 6-metre wide roll: I needed 6 metres from a 3-metre roll. For my purpose, I expected reinforced edges on the length, not the width. Consequently, what should have been a simple 'lift on-lift off' drape covering is now more complex. The GN website's product description is misleading.
