“Good product. Have ordered nematodes before but this time they arrived 4 days earlier than arranged which could have been a problem if I hadn't been at home as they need to be kept in the 'fridge if not used immediately”

“Good range of products at reasonable prices - never been let down by quality. My only niggle is that the orders are sent out by Royal Mail and once they have received the package, the only tracking you get is once it is delivered. You are not given any date or approximate time for delivery. Perhaps consider sending all parcels via DPD who have a reliable tracking process?”

“Gardening naturally provided a fruit cage which serves it’s purpose. The product was delivered a day after I telephoned to ask when it may arrive, a few days after I had ordered it, as I had heard nothing from them even though they took immediate payment from my card. The instructions were not very comprehensive and could have been a little more detailed but I think this may be down to the manufacturer rather than the supplier.”
