“I think the Nemasys Ant worked but I found it very difficult to maintain the soil moist this year! However, my main concern was that we didn't have a major swarming incident on 16th July as we had a wedding here. We saw no ants, so maybe it worked despite the drier than hoped-for conditions after treatment of the 52 concrete-hard and hills on the lawn where the reception was held. I bought Nemaslug as well, but it has been so hot and dry that I think this was probably a wasted effort. Also I was disappointed to learn from your "Help"team that you make no claim for efficacy against snails, which for me is the main mollusc-pest problem.”

“Did not receive the netting clips , the fibre glass poles are bendy but needed to buy additional clips to keep them in place , used plastic plumbers clips to secure poles.”

“Product keenly priced, web site easy to use, ordering procedure straight forward. Delivery notification with tracking info not given so product was delivered unexpectedly. Luckily we were there to receive.”

“My purchases were delivered very promptly and efficiently as always - the only downside for me is the extensive use in the packaging of plastic sealing tape - would be better with more environmentally friendly sealing stuff which I hope you will move on to.”

“The frame is well made and robust. It was easy to assemble and is a good fit for my raised bed. I was a little disappointed with the netting as I had expected a fitted cover rather than a roll of standard veggie net which despite all efforts does not look great.”

“Easily ordered. I do think that the invoice could be better laid out or at least an explanation given on how the figures are arrived at. I did contact the customer service department as I thought I had under paid. Once explained is became clear but until then quite confusing.”
