“Products I ordered were excellent but service wasn't great. No real issues but confirmation email is terrible with no detail, using PayPal to pay is the only option and they force you to open a PayPal account which I don't want for security reasons. Took 5 days before I heard anything about my order being sent and this was only because I contacted them, otherwise who knows how long it would have been”

“Good offering of products, but we ordered a large delivery of soil and it was really hard to understand how and when it was going to be delivered because it's just outsourced to a 3rd party. It was confusing talking to different members of the team because they couldn't be clear on if we might be able to have the soil delivered onto our side entrance - which has clear access and would have saved us considerable work and time.”

“The wool pellets I ordered arrived very quickly. Excellent service. However, the nematodes have not arrived yet. I phoned the office and they told me that they will be dispatched today (17 May), i ordered them 2 weeks ago. It is fine but we should have been told that the order was going to be late/delayed. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful.”

“Really good products but I find the website quite hard to navigate. Not your fault. For instance ordered 3 bean hoops thinking it would be enough for 3 pairs of hoops. Have now had to order another 3 🤪. Complete hoops showing as out of stock. Emailed and got really quick response, was told no jute netting in stock but I ordered seperately. And obviously not enough hoops!! Really like your products and the variety of products tho, especially for veggie growers. Delivery a bit mixed up but again not your fault. Ruth”

“Normally good, but this time, despite promising my nematodes in one or two days, they did not arrive for a week and a half. I work in other peoples gardens and lost two days work because I could not plant. Not happy”

“Good price for product but not sure why they let you choose which day you want it delivered when it only gets posted the day after you selected.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We do say to allow a day on either side of your selected delivery date due to the product however I can see you selected Sunday for your delivery date however we don't post them on Saturday in case they get stuck in the post over the weekend. “Not sure how nature-friendly these replacement Slugo pellets are. On the package, there are warnings about keeping away from water sources & warnings about keeping pets clear of the pellets. It doe's say the pellets will break down into the ground, but I have a slight concern about how safe they are for wildlife eg Hedgehogs & Birds. As they were a replacement for a preferred Slug management product & as I have never used this product before only time will tell how Good or Bad they are.”

“Everything arrived swiftly only problem was poor packaging for the propagation trays that meant they had been knocked about during delivery and several of the cells were damaged underneath.”
