“I have waited a fair time for my purchase, however this was due to the courier losing it. When I contacted the seller they could not have been any more helpful as they sorted out a replacement quickly. I now have my purchase and am very pleased with it.”

“The cage components arrived on time, but we have not yet attempted to assemble it, so cannot really comment. The package arrived torn and the courier assured us that nothing had fallen out, this is yet to be seen! The company also decided to deliver the two parcels with different couriers at different times which was a tad confusing and stressful, but they did eventually both arrive on the same day.”

“Prompt and efficient. I made my first purchase of slug nematodes recently (mid Feb. 2021) they arrived a few days before my preferred delivery date in good order. I would certainly use them again. It is too early to say that the product does or will work but I am optimistic it will, but can not give any advice regarding it's effectiveness at this time.”
