“Very, very pleased with my 6 x hoops and veggie mesh which should last for years, as they are of very high quality. However, the courier severely let Gardening-Naturally and me down, as the courier decided to change the delivery which was supposed to be direct to my door for collection at a drop off point which was most certainly not what I was expecting. For that mess up by Dhl, this company have lost them a star.”

“Found the website and catalogue extremely informative, and competitively priced. Was looking for netting for a. Protecting vegetables, and b. To cover a fruit cage roof. The company replied by E-Mail very promptly, and offered to send me samples, which I gratefully accepted , and placed and order later. One constructive criticism, I required TWO lengths of 6mtr netting for veg, and was sent 12 mtrs, which I was aware of on the website. Surely as you are measuring you can make the first cut at 6 metres, then another 6 metres. This would then provide the customer with what he requested! Thank you was the service.”

“I very much support the objective of Gardening Naturally, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the products that I have bought. In the case of the codling-moth trap, I think that the instructions are inadequate, and the product itself is poorly constructed.”

“I bought bird netting from GN last year, I re-ordered in April, but unfortunately GN are not delivering outside the UK. The order was taken and paid for, but PayPal emailed me to say my money was refunded. I did contact GN and they apologized. I'm a little put out, but I suppose we can blame BREXIT.”

“Have bought several products from Gardening Naturally and generally are very pleased with service, delivery and product. Instructions are clear and concise. I have erected cages on my own with no problems. However, the last cage I bought had 2 slightly bent sides to the circular tubing so had to shave off the plastic from the connectors in order to fix them together.”
