“Good, prompt service. I have not yet used the fruit cage kit as it will be for summer. I have been using the Thermacrop fleece. It has offered some protection although hasn't completely prevented plants freezing in the past two weeks. Have also found that it tears rather easier than I had expected.”

“The Aluminium Hoop Tunnel kit is fantastic. The only issue I have is that the securing clips are made of hard plastic and very easily make holes in the Veggiemesh.”

“Items arrived quickly but packaging was so minimal one item was damaged. Great customer service, though, as the issue was dealt with efficiently and a replacement came quickly. Good products and pricing so would buy again, but maybe not fragile items!”

“Delivery arrived on time with everything correct in it. The provision of a catalogue was a good idea and I liked the range of goods although I felt there were not enough goods made of recycled plastic or enough awareness in the catalogue of environmental matters.”

“The products sound good, haven't tried them apart from the greenfly spray which really works well. Just disappointed they had to use bubble wrap, around each bottle- you can seal a bottle from leaks by just taping around the lid, and pack it with paper or cornstarch packing "noodles"- It would be an improvement to make the whole experience more environmentally friendly.Once that is solved I'll give 5 stars .”

“Goods as ordered, thank you. For a company that has the word 'naturally' init's title I was suprised and disgusted to find that the cardboard box containing the delivery was fine ....it was covered in your branded PLASTIC tape.......which was so generously wrapped that I could not recycle the cardboard. We all need to be a lot more aware.”

“Items arrived quickly and were as anticipated. The only small reservation was that one of the liquid treatments ordered had leaked slightly inside its well wrapped individual packaging - the extent of the bubble wrap and tape used meant that this leakage was well-contained.”
