“It took me ages to understand the ordering procedure eg required x number of poles, but it too me ages to realise how to order the number required, and that was after going into the reviews. Once I had sorted that out everything went smoothly receiving the goods by Tuesday”

“I have bought several items from GN recently and have been fully satisfied with the items. When errors are made (wrong quantity of netting sent) the sales team were swift to rectify matters and very helpful in replacing the original item with another on my request. Not perfect, but quick to respond to correct things.”

“Received my garden products in the end. Was not sure about this company as I have never used them before. Did not realise they came from outside the uk. My items arrived in about 6-7 weeks. Really pleased with the arched trellis and the wood logs, I have not opened yet well packaged. Would recommend this company. Had some communication but I had to chase them and the communication was limited and had to wait for email response. Telephone number ???? No answer. Like a review mentioned you have to be patience with this company. Otherwise happy with products.”

“Only used for one delivery. It came promptly. The dlivery included a useful catalogue. Many items are similar and we bought from the web which made it difficult to know exactly which we have from the catalogue. We bought veggie mesh which only came in 5 meter or 10 meter lengths. We would have liked to be able to order 6 meters.”
