“Excellent product. The delivery was a bit slow. Ordered more of the product through Amazon and it was a lot quicker although it had come from the same supplier.”

“I have bought from Gardening Naturally quite a few times and the service has always been excellent. The products arrive in a timely manner and the website is easy to use. Very happy with products. Would like to see packaging changed to biodegradable though, either cardboard/paper or starch based 'plastic' packaging.”

“Very pleased with the square garden hoops. Regret I didn't buy spacers. I will get them for next season. The little black plastic clips, to hold the netting in place, makes holes in the netting as soon as you put them on. This does defeat the object a bit. I was planning to be able to use the netting for more than one season, as the fine mesh netting I bought wasn't cheap and it certainly won't help in the fight to reduce the use of plastic, if I have to buy new netting every year!!”

“Received the goods promptly and after using once, almost all of the slugs are gone apart from a few stragglers........................bought entirely for use on my lawn that holds water.............this restricts cutting to every 2 weeks or so and intend reapplying as required in the future...................very pleased with the results thus far.”

“Unfortunately the product was lost in transit. Within 20 mins Tim in sales had processed a refund after offering me either replacement or refund. Really cant ask for better customer service than that to be fair”
