“A reasonable choice of organic products, some of which I haven't been able to source anywhere else. Descriptions are very helpful. Quality is good. The range is quite expensive though - quite a few things that are just outside my price range and it would be nice to see some budget alternatives. In terms of orders, delivery is a bit unpredictable because not everything seems to be tracked. I would prefer to pay slightly more to be able to see exactly when items are being delivered.”

“A little problem at first: buying on line the site would not accept my card because (I think) the delivery address was different to the delivery address. Bank holiday so I had to leave a message on an answerphone BUT someone got back to me the same day to say phone tomorrow and that they would honour the Bank Holiday discount. By this time I had used a card with the same billing / delivery address and there was no problem. Items arrived quickly - I've not used it yet.”

“Customer service excellent. Everything arrived and good quality but one small glitch with the cloche- the ties at the ridge pole were incorrectly sewn to the polythene and so you may need to quality check the rest of your stock. They should be attached to the inside not one on the outside and one on the inside!”

“We ordered a veg cage, having measured our plot. The plan was to stand the frame on our brick surrounds. When it arrived, it seems it was designed to be sunk into soil, so we had to leave a couple of poles out and decrease the size so that it could be sunk into soil. It would have helped if this was specified in the advert.”

“What I wanted was in stock and posted to me promptly. My only negative is that I was buying a time-senstive product (nematodes) which can't be used should the outside temperature be below and the weather dry. It would have been good for that to be highlighted before purchase. That said, I bought nematodes last year and they were very effective in controlling the plague of slugs that my garden suffered with. 9 out of 10...pretty good.”
