“I really like the product selection and find the website relatively easy to use. My only criticism - I would have appreciated some assembly instructions for the mesh cages that I ordered and some labelling on the mesh supplied (at least dimensions of each piece on it). I had to get it out in the garden and measure it to work out what was what.”

“The description of usage of the product Ant Nematodes was contradictory. In as much it stated in the catalogue as only suitable for black ants only and on the web site suitable for red & yellow ants also. I had a prompt reply to my query that the description in the catalogue was in error and would be amended in the next publish version. So satisfied with the response, with the observation that an addition could have been included in the catalogue stating same.”

“The fruit cage arrived very quickly, however the connectors were not all included. I e-mailed a request for the missing items and received an immediate reply confirming these would be sent. They arrived the next day. The cage itself was easy to erect by myself and looks good, although it is not easy to access, because of the horizontal tubes. Nonetheless, the black bird netting supplied was plentiful and very good quality and the cage is keeping birds out. I would not expect the cage to withstand fierce winter weather, but it should be good for plenty of summer and autumn seasons. Overall, I am very happy with this.”
