“The 20 m shade / windbreak netting nearly all already covering our extra cloches - 5 days after delivery! Used the same netting now for over 5 years - shows no sign of deterioration.”

“Pleased with the vegetable cage I just bought. It was very light and easy to assemble. I'm using my own (old) mesh so no comment on that, but two points to make about the cage - neither of them show stoppers and I do intend to buy more from GN when my other old ones break down. 1. The cage is very light indeed and blows over in very modest wind. So I am putting deep metal or bamboo stakes next to it and tying it to them with easy-release garden ties - tent pegs just don't work. 2. The connectors work fine but are rather delicate if you lean on them - I managed to break one 'prong' off when assembling my first pole, so you need to treat those carefully until it's assembled- don't load them transversely! But overall the cage is great - spacious and very light to move around.”

“I ordered bird netting intending to net my waterfowl in line with the regulations on avian influenza as well as some ultra-fine netting for the spring salad crop. I was pleased that the delivery times were 3-5 days. I rang after 7 days to be told they were changing the warehouses and the delivery had been delayed. Why didn't anyone contact me to let me know? Customers will forgive companies that keep them informed! The netting is fine.”

“The products are fine, and there is a good range of plant protection options. However, the packaging for my order was insecure. The 20 anchor tubes were in a flimsy paper bag that had split. There wasn't enough tape on the bottom of the parcel, leaving gaps, which one of the loose anchor tubes had escaped through. Fortunately a helpful GN staff member sent a replacement part straight away, thanks.”

“The deer related fencing product is excellent in many ways. The ordering and delivery process worked easily and speedily. My only issue relates to the fact that a 50 metre roll length is not for some reason available. The gap between 30 and 100 metre lengths is challenging.”
