“Delivered rapidly and safely. I may manage to keep these for next year! Lost the last set that came with the veg cage.... Only issue was they were black not white.... Not important in this case so have not complained but could have been hence the reduction to 'only' good rather than excellent. :-)”

“Very comprehensive gardening supplier. Will ship to all parts of the UK for a realistic cost unlike some competitors. Found difficulty contacting customer services or a member of the team to ask a question regarding my purchase - only an answering machine. Will be using again in the future.”

“I bought my product on-line which was very straightforward. One of the parts had to be exchanged as the wrong size was delivered. The people I spoke to at customer services were friendly and efficient and I received a correct replacement within a week (although initially I received another wrong size item!)”

“Prompt delivery. Was under the impression that the fleece would arrive in roles as opposed to being cut off a role. Delivery this way makes it more difficult to use. Ian Tessier”

“Package arrived open damaged and repaired by the post mail. These items together, are not fit for a plastic bag! Items OK after clean up. Comms could be better, it would be nice to track delivery.”

“My order arrived without one of the items. I telephoned gadening naturally immediately. The missing item was sent first class and I received it the following day. I was pleased with their prompt response. As usual all their products are excellent.”

“Ordering was simple, however, as I did not receive a tracking number from the Post Office, after 7 days I called your office. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and apologised for the problem and said he thought there may have been a problem with the PO. He offered to resend the item or make a refund. I asked for the item to be sent. Two hours later the parcel was delivered. I phoned the office to let you know. All's well now, and the nematodes are, I hope, doing their job although the badgers have been back twice digging up the lawn.”

“Very quick to mail the goods. BUT, Watering Spikes: your brochure and literature implies used plastic bottles up to 2 ltr size can be used for holiday watering (sole reason for buying them). NOT SO; in our test 2 ltr bottles are too big and collapse due to vacuum - even the heavier plastic bottles used for fizzy drinks. The manufacturer confirmed this on the 'phone.”
