“Good range of products and spares. The frames that I purchased last year had the connectors broken in the gales, it was good to be able to replace these items. The nematodes for a variety of beasties are a good organic way of protecting ornamentals and veggies.”

“generally ok - arrived on time etc [ all very efficient] The cage looks well made but there are a couple of issues [ was going to phone, but this message will suffice] However, there were only 3 door corner joiners. Luckily there were 5 in the main pack, so had to make do. Could do with proper one being sent.”

“Seems reliable and prompt, their pre-ordering scheme, as in the forward ordering of a regular supply of nematodes through the growing season usually works well. They had a problem with the quality of nematodes last year. They were up-front about it but I wasn't entirely convinced that the nematodes (nemaslug), when I eventually received them, were quite as good as in previous years.”

“Great product, and delivered faster than expected. However, I was disappointed that the order was delivered in thick plastic, and even the smaller internal items were in plastic bags. I assumed, (wrongly it would seem) that Gardening Naturally would take a more environmentally friendly approach to their packaging.”

“Love the products that they have and good range and service. Just wish delivery was free as some products they supply are available on Amazon with no delivery charge. I would rather by from Gardening Naturally!”

“The staff were very friendly and gave good attention. The 40 sq metre allowance was all used on my 10 sq metre veg patch. Too early to say if the treatment was effective.”

“I bought slug nematodes. They arrived exactly as required, with appropriate instructions However, it would help if the company also supplied the very coarse roses required to dispense them; I have been unable to find one anywhere!”

“I've used this company a few times and the products and service have been first class. Ordering online is straightforward, but for some products I find it confusing - you want 24 of something? Order 20 and then 1 which you must x by 4. When you check 'in the basket' it shows '1' and then 4 of. Still, if you can negotiate the ordering system it's a great firm with first class products which arrive very quickly.”
