It is very difficult to review Garden Furniture Covers .com. The appaer to take your order but the paperwork is from Garland Products Ltd, who actually use Sixty Stores limited to send you the order, which is made in india, The cover did not fit my swing seat and I wanted to return it but who to. who would give me my money back.

The rectangular garden furniture cover is perfect....however the 2 not inexpensive hanging chair covers are a poor fit and more importantly do not have eyelets as per the product info and advert therefore no method of securing to the frame ? Have I received a faulty product or is the info incorrect ?

Order confirmed straight away. Never informed when it had been or would be dispatched. Chased and on the third contact was told it was in process and I would hear from couriers about delivery shortly. Heard absolutely nothing. Was about to chase again when it was delivered by couriers without any prior notice. Product itself looks good

Ordered an outdoor table cover on the 12th April but will not be dispatched until the following Friday? Quite poor customer service I feel.

I ordered a rain cover for a pato table. Next day I received an email saying that it would be delivered the following day. Two days later it had still not arrived. I phoned the courier and was told that the cover had not been dispatched. I phoned Sixty stores but the phone was not answered. The following day I started reading reviews of Sixty Stores and realised that I am not alone with this problem. The overall service has been poor!

2 stars only unfortunately: Whilst I hope the product is exactly what I require, I have had no email confirmation of order email, and there was no option to create a log-in to your website so other than you having taken my money, I am waiting on trust that you have the order in hand. Fingers crossed! Graham And, the order has not arrived yet so I cannot fill in the rest of this form very well.

Very poor communications, no email of sales confirmation, only my PayPal payment . Emailed to check order status after week , then parcel arrive . Hopefully this was one off for other customers. Gives customer peace of mind that order has been safely placed .

Your part of the purchase was ok. Turner your delivery courier won’t leave in a safe place ridiculous for such a small purchase. Am still waiting for it to be delivered!

Ordered on Friday 8th, heard nothing from you till you want a review I suggest you confirm an order and give an indication of when a delivery can be expected.

Still havn't received my parcel. APC tried to deliver my parcel but as we work during the day and nobody could sign for the delivery they returned the parcel to the depot. Phoned them and asked if they would leave in a secure place or at our neighbours but was refused as they insisted the parcel must be signed for. Asked further if they would deliver to my works address they again refused saying only the supplier could do this. Asked if they would deliver on a Saturday again refused as this was a premium service and would attract a £16 surcharge. APC are the most unhelpful courier service that I have ever experienced which reflects poorly against your excellent service. The only option available to me is to rebook the delivery for Monday hoping that it will be delivered after 2pm when my wife returns home from work. APC will attempt 3 deliveries before the parcel is returned to you, a near certainty before I have to contact your customer services department for further help. Kindest regards. Dorian Gaskin.

Delivered the wrong item and would not refund me until they had picked up my parcel (I sent them a photo of the item). As this is for my holiday lodge I said there would be nowhere for them to collect it from here so I now have to take it home and wait almost a week for them to collect it and get my refund. Not happy at all as the whole point was to have it delivered to my lodge and I will be going home next Monday so no time to re-order.

This review is not based on the quality of the product which is very good but the very poor performance of their delivery service provider. Who does not give enough notice of the delivery time and when you re-arrange delivery, send you a text to say another failed drop off, but the driver did not call at the door and when challenged said sorry goods, not on the van. I, therefore, had to re-arrange the delivery again wasting more time having to stay in. This is the second time deliveries have been botched by the provider. Happened in September as well.

Purchasing the product was excellent. The delivery process was very poor. Waited in on the day APC stated. They sent a text saying I was not in. This was incorrect. Phoned Garden furniture who said they would get the GPS tracking and APC photograph of my front door as they would not give it to me. To date, I have received nothing. Don't believe they tried to deliver. Goods were received 4 days later. Regards Roger Halford
