“It's very annoying to receive an email informing me that I recently made a purchase and asking me to review the product when I haven't received the product. It's products anyway. It makes me think that a company is more eager to get 5 star reviews under its belt than it is to provide a five star service. I have had no communication telling me when I'm likely to receive the products either. So you lose a star for not providing me with the products, and another for not communicating with me, and another for annoying me by asking for a review rather than asking me if my experience was OK FIRST, seeing if there's anything that needs putting right, and THEN asking for a review. I can only give you one star, as I have to hold the other one back for when the products arrive. I hope they do arrive, because if it doesn't you won't get that one - I can't give you zero stars.”

“I am awaiting delivery of my cover via fed ex, they said they have left a card with a tracking number, NO CARD, the name is M. Armstrong 07809 762203 please check the status of delivery”

“Wrong item delivered. Arranged replacement but shop will not send until wrong item is returned. At present waiting for delivery company for pick up of wrong item but have not been sent any tracking details. Emailed this morning for delivery info but no response received. Are they coming today? Not happy!”

“Thought i would give the company another chance as i had previously complained over the warranty on a previous purchase when the cover had fallen apart after very little time ? however i never even got a response . but i thought this could just be a bad batch so i ordered another cover on the 8th April and surprise its now the 17th and still no delivery ? i think i will just give up and look elsewhere”
