Good quality products at a reasonable price. Only concern was that after placing the order everything went quiet - no notification of shipping or anything. Took a while to arrive as well, which started to ring alarm bells - but all was well in the end.

The item we bought is excellent - and exactly what we hoped it would be. However, the time it took from ordering it to reaching us was far longer than we expected based on the advertising on the company's web site. We order the item on the 27th April, and it was delivered over a week later. The company (via phone calls) suggested either the labelling was faulty, or the courier had 'misplaced' it. The courier , however, hought the company had had to re-send the item after failing to dispatch it when they should have. And no one from GardenFurniture has yet phoned to explain. That said, I must repeat that the cover we bought from them is first class, and is of a much higher quality than any others we have had before. Had it not been for this delay, I would have happily given a 'Very Good' rating.

The cover is good quality. It is a pity it took nearly 2 weeks for delivery

Whilst the umberella cover warrants 5 stars. The table and chair cover only warrants 1. Poor quality, difficult to draw the very weak string and toggle. Blew off first night. Now secured with heavy flower planters.

The drawstring along the bottom edge isn't enough to stop the wind blowing the cover off the seat. It would be better to provide two eyelets either side of each of the four vertical seams on the bottom edge. This allows the owner to tie the two eyelets together under the low support strut at each end - this I have done. This will prevent the wind removing the cover.

Good telephone service. Goods arrived on the given day. Part order was faulty. Was ask to take pic, did and sent. Expected the company would replace and collect faulty item. I had to wrap it, make trip to PO THEN send copy of proof of postage. They advised replacement would be sent once faulty item was received.

Ordered online never received any confirmation apart from the on-line payment receipt from Sage Pay. I rang the company after 9 days to ask if there was an issue. Was told the product was not in stock but would be sent to myself in the next week. If I had been informed of this when ordering I would have ordered elsewhere.

The item that I had ordered was out of stock so had to cancel, I was kept up to date by email and given options to either cancel or wait, the staff were very polite, and understanding. I hope to have a better shopping experience next time

The cover is not as heavy duty as was expecting but will be suitable to put over the existing cover that is damaged

The prouct was as expected with 1 serious minus point. The drawstring system of closure is insufficient as the material is too rigid to work properly. This would only be acceptable on a softer, more "scrunchier" type of material. The material is very suitable for its intended purpose but requires in addition to the drawstring closure, reinforced eyelets through which one could thread a rope or "spider" to stop the cover being lifted in the wind.

Unfortunately the draw string at the bottom of the cover would not become tight and stay on the patio set and when the wind blew it took the cover off and was blowing around the garden. We have had to buy some clamps from B&Q to attach the cover to the legs of the chairs.

Good delivery time however found that the recent winds played havoc with the cover. My husband fitted extra ties to secure the cover to our new furniture but it still lifted. We also had to put a support in the centre to stop the cover filling with water and pulling it away from the furniture. reasonable for the price but had hoped it would last a little longer, It is waterproof though,

I ordered two different separate covers - an incorrect one was sent - so following a phone call it was arranged that it would be collect at the same time that the correct cover was delivered. This was dealt with very quickly. The cover for the companion chairs/table did not have any ties to keep it held down - it was quite windy when I first bought this and the cover kept coming off - we had to buy our own secure tags to prevent this from happening. Other than that, pleased with the products
