We were quite happy with the initial deliver of our covers for our sofa and table. However in less than a year they have deteriorated and torn badly. Garden Furniture Covers advertises a money back guarantee but when I emailed them to advise that the cover I bought for our garden sofa had torn in a couple of places after just under a year, they have declined to offer any kind of replacement or refund, despite photographic evidence showing where it has torn. The quality of the covers are clearly not fit for purpose if they tear within a year of purchase. Don't buy!

Not received. Phoned today and told item was out for delivery on 20th October and this item is now out of stock. Totally unsatisfactory. Await to see if full refund is forthcoming

Eventually arrived three days late with no explanatory communication from supplier or any way of making contact with GFC (nobody answers the 'phone and emails are not transmitted). The cover itself is big enough and of just about acceptable quality albeit overpriced but it proved impossible to make fit properly due to very poor draw string arrangement

I ordered my cover in August and still not received it. I complained and was told they now had stock but still yet to receive it.

I have been sent an email to review Garden Furniture Covers before I have even received my order, it would be advisable to make sure your customers have taken delivery of their items before asking for their opinion on your service and products!

The wrong item was sent out. To return this was hard work as the company you use need to be booked/arranged for collection. Then despite returning the item I still had to chase you to ensure the correct item was then issued.

Rain collects in the middle and pulls edges up then dumps all the water on to the chairs. Rubbish!

Wrong items delivered and unwilling to send correct items out until I have rectified your mistake. Poor customer experience and how do you manage to get the entire order wrong?

Poor customer service - I cancelled my order. When I placed the order, the cover was on back order, which was OK, however there was no contact once the expected ship date had passed without me prompting. They then said they didn't know when the item would arrive, when I asked them to advise an alternative they said everything I needed was on the website, they offered no help what so ever. So I'll spend my money elsewhere assuming the refund arrives....

Advise not to use awful service, no confirmation of order, so far waited early four weeks for delivery, when chased was told my order was being dispatched next week... we will see if it arrives? Strange this is the payment was taken straight away. Will never buy from here again.

Bad customer service, rude staff, Pre ordered my cover at the beginning of Aug for delivery for the 4th sept, the cover never arrived I called to check I was advise sot would then be delivered on the 4th sept I then called again baring in mind no emails no mags to explain delays I called and all I got was it’s in the post it’s arriving tomorrow, Its not the 25th September and I have yet to receive anything.. save yourself the time money and hassle, when I asked for a refund they told me wait till the product arrives and we will arrange for collection. Rude staff who hang up on you.. Never again would I buy from this company ever again.
