“My order of a garden table cover was on Mon 13th. I printed my receipt but didn't get the email. It was later suggested that it might have gone to SPAM - correct, it was in Spam. I couldn't track the parcel after 10pm, as suggested, as I couldn't locate an order number. The email on Tues am. told me the time slot delivery was 12.41 and 14.41. The parcel arrived soon after 1pm. Needless to say, I'll not be able to tell the quality of the table cover for a year or so. Many thanks.”

“Quality is great . Very happy with the product . Only problem is it’s too big and the wing got under it . Your sizes were either too small or to big . We needed 220 cms width . However we will manage . Any suggestions on how we can reduce the size without impeding the waterproofing would be helpful . In hindsight we should have looked for one to cover all 4 pieces”

“The cover was really good quality but it was a little too big and only one drawstring. It can get quite windy living on top of a hill and having only one drawstring for the cover is not enough to hold it down. Unfortunately we will need to return the cover.”

“NOT A PRODUCT TO BE JUDGED ON RECEIPT . NOT BOUGHT ONE BEFORE SO NO IDEA IF THE WEIGHT OF MATERIAL IS WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT. MAIN REQUIREMENT IS HOW WATERPROOF AND WILL IT LAST,ONLY TIME WILL TELL .WE DID HAVE SOME RAINFALL SOON AFTER THE COVER WAS FITTED AND IT WAS WATERPROOF , SO , SO FAR SO GOOD.”
