“Clear website although there doesn’t appear to be any “premium” covers. Shouldn’t they be taken off of the site? The deluxe covers aren't particularly weather resistant. They keep the rain off but don’t last long, tearing in multiple places. I’m on my second set in three years as they didn’t last through the winters and they discolour during the summer. However, because of the size of my patio furniture, these are the only ones that fit.”

“Online service was good but still awaiting parcel. Website said free next day delivery but 3 days later and still not arrived. Website says to wait 7 days before contacting”

“The covers received were the wrong size. I.E too big, but can be used.. If they were too small they would have to be returned.”

“Quite a good cover and well made. But could be improved with some method of securing it to the lower legs of the chairs. Strong breezes tend to lift it so it needs weighting to hold it down.”

“The garden table cover we bought is very effective for what we want. The only criticism is that the single pull tie at the bottom is only any good in calm weather. A wind of any strength will lift the cover off the table. A few more holes at the bottom would help us tie it down more effectively.”

“easy to order item, but once again let down by delivery co. did not arrive as advised, came the next day. no contact details given to driver to call customer if their was a problem. would think twice about using this co. again.”

“Just taken receipt of 2 x W1468 covers, which on trying fit quite well, however the information on leaflet states ‘draw string with cord lock’, this appears just to be the two ends of cord tide together, also cord does not easily slide when trying to tighten edge and brass ferrule that guides cord into cover is detached”

“Ordered the cover on line. Got an automated order acknowledgement. No deliver date although they boast next day delivery! After 3 days contacted customer service, although you are told to wait 7 days. Told the product was being delivered that day! Do not in to receive the product. Card left had to contact delivery firm then told the cover had been delivered to next door! The product is as described and looks good. What a paraphernalia.”

“THE BARBEQUE COVER IS OK,BUT THE TABLE COVER IS TOO BIG TO ONLY HAVE THE ONE PULL CORD TO TIGHTEN IT .YOU SHOULD FIT AT LEAST FOUR CORDS TO IT”

“The order and delivery process was very good. We went for the deluxe range and I was slightly disappointed as for the money we paid I was expecting a more robust product. They are a little flimsy. That said I am glad we purcased this range rather than the standard range and hopefully they will wear well.”
