I ordered my garden furniture cover on the 5th June and I have heard nothing nor received the cover. Rather disappointed as I have paid for this through paypal

Not very good service as got my furniture cover so fitted it the next day went to pull the cord string and the cord string snapped without any force being applied. Contacted the company via e mail was told we’re have a response within 24 hours and still no response after nearly a week!! Tried calling them but just an answer machine and then cuts off. Seeing I pay a lot of money for the cover not very good standard in my opinion

So it’s only 2 month old and cover is already worn a draw cord snapped waste of money I’m afraid.

Easy enough to order bbq cover on line, but since day of order no communication, (2 weeks) and still no idea when likely to be delivered. I appreciate there may be delivery issues at present time, but just an e mail to advise of possible date. ?

Easy to order and pay for. The option to find out when it would be delivered on the website was not working and the telephone was repeatedly disconnected. Customers Service by email was swift; asked me for the order number and my full name and postcode - the two latter they already had! Then having told me they had found my order I was asked what I had bought....It was however delivered swiftly.

Garden furniture covers may or may not be any good. That’s because the delivery company say they delivered when they didn’t. Then I rescheduled for 3 days later but called that morning to confirm. Yes, by 2pm today. I called at 4pm and was told ‘sorry it’s not on the van’. They say delivery tomorrow but I’m not convinced. Garden furniture covers should change couriers in my view.

I have not received the cover yet. Problems with the courier APC. We were out twice . Gave them the option to leave the parcel with a neighbour but they didn't.

I ordered a garden set cover but received a lounge chair cover instead, I have made several phone calls to have this item changed but so far have not received the item I ordered. I have reordered the columbia table cover I need for the winter months but have heard nothing this has been paid for I await your comments and look forward to receiving the item.

Ordered on 17th October, website stated if ordered then it would be delivered on Monday 21st October, was showing in stock. Now Wednesday 23rd October no delivery, no email other than asking for a review. Upon looking in small print, contact if not received within 7 days. Misleading website!! Cannot review item as not received.

The delivery person appears not to have rung our bell as there was somebody home at the time they tried to deliver.When I tried to contact APCalled on line all it wanted to do was to download stuff and get me on to ASK!!!Nobody answered the phone re delivery. Eventually managed to find one of the websites and rescheduled, need to be in for the whole day!!!!!!!.

Item ordered offered Wednesday delivery. No sign. No telephone number but enquiry form answered promptly. Then told item on 'back order' for end November. Cancelled and asked for a refund.

I bought two Cover Up 8/10 seater dining table covers just over a year ago. These did their job very satisfactorily for a winter/spring outside and I was happy with them. However, after a summer of being stored away in the shed, both covers ripped inexplicably when being placed back over the furniture for the autumn. I certainly did not expect the covers to tear after just one year, especially as they were more expensive, heavy duty covers. As they tore within a week or so of their year's warranty expiring, GardenFurnitureCovers.com were not interested in my dissatisfaction and after an initial response to my email of enquiry, did not reply to any further emails. I have since bought alternative covers with 6 year warranties. As a result, I would not recommend these covers, sorry.

Found product quickly , great choice of different types and quality , so plenty of choice. Downside is I never received the order confirmation Email (and yes I did check my trash bin) , so still no idea of when to expect goods as did not take note of order number due expecting confirmation within a few minutes..Still waiting 3 days later . Hopefully the item ordered will be worth it as and when it arrives.
