“Fast service, but the cover is looking like it is too big. It was very hard to measure and decide what size was best (for a triangular table with circular sides) and I found it very confusing regarding the extras I could add. I thought I had added elastic ties, buckle straps and grommets at intervals so I could thread a line through them, but the cover arrived with none of these. Like the vertical 'mast' to raise the cover so rain runs off - but that made the measuring even harder.”

“I’ve given a three star due to the measurements of the cover. The quality did seem very good. I’ve re-ordered a cover to fit a 6-8. Delivery & ease of use for the website was very good. Free next day delivery was excellent, but did have the edge taken off by having to pay £11 odd for returning the cover. So check measurements, don’t do what I did & accept a table & 4 chairs is a fit for all!”

“Very good quality fitted my whole 8 seater round set only down side is only has a pull cord on one side at the bottom which I cannot pull tight enough to keep it in place unfortunately cover blew off in a strong wind. Could help if it had straps on the bottom which you could wrap round chair legs or a strap you could wrap around the furniture”

“Your delivery service is poor. I would like the delivery operative to be able to leave goods as instructed by the customer. The product i received is fine but I would shop around in the future.”

“The cover fits over my 6 chairs and table and covers them fully. It isnt very secure when its windy and no toggle to tighten it round the bottom of the chairs. If we didnt secure it down ourselves it would have blown away.”

“I have had a mixed experience with GardenFurnitureCovers.com . I ordered twice - once in 2020 and now in March 2022. Both times delivery was in time and the items were of the good quality. I however had to exchange an item back in 2020 for a larger size cover and have been advised that I have to purchase a new one and independently return the old one to the driver delivering the new item. This however turned into me getting (and paying for) a new item and endlessly chasing for the refund that in the end never appeared. So - mixed feelings”

“The covers are great but the courier company is shocking. Next day delivery took three days with various texts but nothing appeared. Advice, sort out the courier company Swift and things would be far better!”

“The direct service as part of the ordering process was good. However the delivery service from your supplier APC Overnight was poor. They first emailed to say that delivery would happen between 13:35 and 15:35 on the 30th November. Their online tracking service showed that the package was in a van in the vicinity, however the parcel was not delivered and the online tracker stopped displaying progress. I contacted APC early on the morning of the 1st December, who could not explain why the package was not delivered at some stage on the 30th, even though it was in a van on a delivery run. Even a late delivery on the correct day would have been OK, so having waited in, for that not to happen is poor. The parcel was re-scheduled for delivery on the afternoon of the 1st December, which happened OK.”

“Insufficient ties , they simply don’t really work - albeit cover is good quality but concerned that it may get blown away in wind due to the inadequate ties”

“Reasonable quality for price paid but is an inch or two short in depth on my two standard size 3seater benches so leaves the feet open to the elements A couple of more inches would have made it perfect”
