My bbq cover hasn't arrived yet how can I wriote anything when the product is paid for but no indication to me when it's going to arrive.

Terrible service, placed order online, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking correspondence, had to follow up with Sixty via email, received no updates. First and last time, will not be using this supplier again.

Website says “Fast deliveries on all orders” and my item is listed as in stock. No idea when it is coming or why it’s not already here if “quick delivery in all orders

Not received order despite chasing. Have been given 2 delivery consignment numbers neither of which are recognised bybthe delivery company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Purchasing on site was ok, never got any confirmation of purchase, got delivery information, delivery times kept changing but nothing was delivered on the day, next day informed that delivery will arrive by 1800, not holding my breath, tried to contact customer service by phone, kept getting the same message, dealing with high volume of calls, even outside their opening times, directed to send email.

The cover is made from a cheap plastic and the eyelets are wrongly placed on the edges in order to tie to legs of the table. The short four strings fray at ends and are not long enough to go around table legs and through eyelets.

So far it is a very poor shopping experience with your firm. Order confirmed at 09:33, Wed. 11/10/23, and payment taken that day. Subsequently no communication and no goods received, 4 days later. Would appreciate very much receiving the goods ordered (GFC-000224855) and paid for.

I ordered a garden furniture cover on Thursday 5 October and received an email to say I would be sent another email when the order was shipped. 3 days later at the weekend at mid-day on Sunday 8 October, I received an email NOT to say the order had been shipped but to ask me to rate my online shopping experience for a chance to WIN a £100 gift card. So here it is - the delivery was not made on time and I have no idea who Gardenfurniturecovers will select as the courier. The condition of the ordered item is unknown since it has not been shipped and who knows how long the delivery will take since I have not been kept informed. Finally, how can I review a product I have not received? Perhaps Gardenfurniturecovers could focus on shipping orders promptly instead of sending ridiculous requests for feedback ON A WEEKEND and before the order has been completed. Put the horse before the cart, please. Not impressed.

The item was delivered to the wrong address, despite TWO numbers on my house! This has somewhat marred my shopping experience.
