“Delivery from APC was disappointing Couriers cannot just send an e.mail out on the day of delivery and expect people to be at home.”

“Required a cover for our new garden table to prevent it rusting. The elasticated cover looks durable and day after I first used it it rained heavily and the table top remained dry. Does what it says on the tin. My only complaint was the price. I got mine at 50% off the normal price paying £12.50 carriage paid. Even then I thought the price excessive (and probably made in the Far east). I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind paying full price for this item. Ordered goes via the internet and was delivered in good condition and at time specified 48 hours later”

“Thanks for quick delivery. Unfortunately cover is not quite wide enough to fit our 2 chairs and table between them. Have to reposition table to fit cover. Regards Derrick Ingman”

“The product seems really good, only time will tell how its copes with our weather over the coming months. My grievance is with the delivery company. The courier was poor, he delivered to the wrong address, numerous phone calls to the delivery company to try and find out where my package was, pretty fruitless until the next day, then another phone call, delivery arrived after courier had to call at the address where he left it, obviously the wrong address, then eventually delivered to the correct address. Pretty poor.”

“The coverdoes fit over our cube table but it is short on length being about 2 inch short. Our previous cover was very worn so will use this new one but wouldnt purchase again”

“The cover is ok for the money but I fear that it will rip in time. It’s a bit on the small side- only just fits over my table and chairs. However I was grateful to get a cover in these difficult times and delivery was excellent.”

“Prompt delivery and the Rattan cover was of very good quality. However after sales service is poor. I called up to clarify some doubts and the person answering the phone didn't have a good understanding of their products. I was also given incorrect information.”
