Unable to offer you an accurate score. Your Courier confirmed delivery yesterday, no show, then again today, the same. It appears you use their business next day service and pay for it. I suggest you contact them as your company is not recieving the service it is paying for along with other customers of your company. If they do not arrive tomorrow I will request a refund and purchase elsewhere.

The Website Clearly shows time and time again FREE UK deliveries. Spent ages looking for right product only to be hit with £29.99 delivery as Aberdeen is not part of the UK Mainland.... One Hour North on Dual Carriageway from Dundee Lies Aberdeen, quite Clearly on the Mainland. They should stop misleading customers with FREE UK DELIVERY when they have excluded over 1/3 of the UK MAINLAND... Please delete from your website or INCLUDE the Mainland

The covers were not fit for purpose, they were both smaller than they claimed to be, result they are a very bad fit. Plus the draw strings are impossible to pull. Mike Clay

You will notice there are no positive reviews of this company from customers who have had their covers for any duration of time. Filter 1 star for details. I purchased a large cover last summer. It started fading from black to grey almost immediately. A year later it is covered in tears and holes as the sun has made it extremely brittle. It is simply not fit for purpose. I should be protected by the Consumer Rights Act however Garden Furniture Covers aren't interested. Complete waste of money. I would avoid at all costs and buy from a reputable company instead.

Delivery method extremely inflexible so nothing has been delivered as APC dictate a 2 hour window when they will deliver and won’t leave with a neighbour or down the side.

Free UK delivery charge advertised but £29 additional charge imposed for delivery to Aberdeen. Disgraceful.

After just a year of ownership the cover has degraded to the point it is like paper and tears very easily. Despite contacting customer services to see if there was an issue with my cover I have heard nothing back in just over 3 weeks. The cover looked great to start off with but unfortunately is of poor quality for the price paid.

Cannot review it. Due to arrive between 3.35 and 5.35 on Friday. No sight of it yet, now Sunday lunchtime and no explanation from delivery company.

Despatched wrong product and refused to replace until wrong product returned. Really disappointing customer service. Unable to phone-no answer. Asked for phone call by email but then they carried on communication by email which was really frustrating.

Placed my order. Two days later received the wrong product. Contacted customer services who accepted they had sent the wrong thing but have refused to send the correct product until they have collected the product they sent in error. Three times they asked to collect the product, three times I’ve said yes but am still awaiting collection. They are now refusing to cancel my order and reimburse me so they have £80 of my money and I don’t have the product I ordered. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole purely out of principle. I cannot understand why you would penalise your customer and not deliver the product that was ordered because you have accidentally sent out the wrong product. Can’t get my head around it. So poor.
