Clunky web site. Had to complete the form 4 times before it registered. Tried choosing a delivery option several times but it seemed none was offered - until after I checked the delivery time a day later. Delivery was confirmed as the day after order, so far so good - except a) it didn’t arrive & b) not the day after that either. Still no contact to advise when it might be. Not very satisfactory. Sissapointed of Tunbridge Wells. Tony

This is my second cover bought in past couple months The material faded with sun so quickly i had get new one and stitching tore at side

Cover arrived promptly but despite claiming to be 100% waterproof my garden furniture was soaking wet under the cover after just a moderate downpour. Not fit for purpose.

The cover we ordered arrived damaged, but when I contacted GardenFurnitureCovers.com, they responded promptly to say they had sent another, and it would arrive the next day. So far, so good. But it didn’t arrive, and when we queried this, and repeatedly chased when things continued not happening, we received a string of mutually contradictory explanations and promises. Eventually, the replacement was delivered, almost a week later than promised. Our email to GardenFurnitureCovers.com detailing the sorry saga has so far not been answered.

The bistro cover does not fit my set although my chairs are smaller the cover does not fit over my set. I bought the cover to be able to leave it outside. Although the picture shows 2 fixed seats and a small table I would doubt that the cover would fit the set in the picture. I was full of hope as the ordering process was simple and the product looked good but although it came promptly it was the wrong size , they sent me the smaller cheaper version and when I rang to explain they did not believe me until I sent them a picture of the incorrect item! Now I am still waiting to know when the correct one will come although I have emailed twice so not at all impressed as yet .

This review is my honest opinion. No direct to phone number to company, do not answer emails, sent two with no reply. Cover ok but not as thick as expected time will tell, more expensive than competitors and the pull cord is insufficient as slipped undone and there is nothing to anchor the cover down and nowhere to attach any additional fixings, I think it will blow off very easily when the wind gets under it. The company advertise a delux cover on the website which if available may be more robust but when clicking on the option it says no products in this range. However on the plus side delivery was excellent arrived the next day at the stated time.

If things go wrong with your order there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to a human being over the phone .I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.Relying on what appears to be a totally computer business plan does not result in good customer service. Chris Witham

The item arrived swifty. It's seems quite well made. There aren't enough ties. Being only one draw string at one corner. The cover requires something at each corner because it slips off at the corners. We have had to place heavy items against the cover to ensure it won't blow off.

The cover seemed to work quite well but the cord to tighten it in place did not. Overnight the cover blew off and I discovered it at the bottom of the garden. This means that there is not any satisfactory way of fitting it where this will not happen.

My initial order was promptly dealt with and the barbeque cover arrived. However the product received was the incorrect size although marked up as the size ordered. I am having problems in getting this exchanged and therefore currently rate them as unsatisfactory.

I was not at all impressed with this product. [W1384] CoverUp-2SeaterBistroSetCover-124cm. I bought a cover with the same reference [W1384] CoverUp-2SeaterBistroSetCover-124cm a few years ago that was of a much superior quality to that purchased recently. I am quite disappointed additionally, these covers are not cheep.

i ordered a furniture cover on 30 August 2018, and had to chase this up on 24 September 2018, as the item had not been delivered. I was advised that stock would be in later that week, and would be notified when the goods were dispatched. I was advised on 26 September that only half the consignment ordered had been delivered, with the rest due 9 October 2018. Delivery was attempted on 9 October but as I had not been advised of dispatch I was not at home to take delivery, so ended up going to the depot to collect. Whilst the delay in delivery is understandable I was disappointed that I had not been advised of dispatch or of being able to track delivery.

Ordered 3 bench covers and one table cover, only one bench cover arrived, then rang spent 30 minutes plus in queue on telephone was told would be despatched to arrive next day still not received. 4 days later, now weekend so not open so will have to spend more time on Monday to sort ahhh
